Then the tire blew, or whatever it was that happened to the vehicle. It was after hours, and luck had it, we were across from Steller's. We parked the Jeep in their lot, left a note, with the key on the driver side tire. First thing Friday morning my brother called to let them know what happened & if they could fix it. Not only did they do the job in the same day, they also stayed late past closing so we could return to get the Jeep that evening. Everyone was charming & kind. Again, thank you guys, next time we'll have a scheduled visit, rather than an emergency.

As a female I am always worried about getting scammed at a garage but I figured they have been in business for a very long time so let me give them a try. The price was reasonable and they were very nice. Like everyone else I hate spending money on my truck when there's nothing wrong with it but Honda recommends this service to be done at 100K and I was at 103K so I bit the bullet and spent the $1370. I am so glad I did. My truck runs like new. I had no idea how much better it would run with having this done. Steller's has got themselves a new customer! The price was good, they were nice, they did the job in a day and they never tried to upsell me anything else. The did the service I asked for and that was it. Not pushy like the Honda dealer. I'm so happy I gave them a try. I'm more than happy with the service. I will continue to go here for all services needed. Thank you Stellers for not taking advantage of a girl who knows nothing about cars. I appreciate you!!

I usually don't like dealing with towing companies. I've been ripped off and had my car mishandled. My experience with RJ Shore was completely opposite and I can't believe I'm giving a tow company a highly positive review. The only negative was they were a little late due to a miscommunication. No big deal. I had the time. Stephen my tow truck driver was just great. Super positive experience. He was polite, courteous, careful and friendly. Based on my experience with Stephen as a driver I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RJ Shore's towing services especially with Stephen doing the towing. He is a wonderful asset to their operation! Kudos! You've gained a new regular customer.
