Then it was the wrong part!!! They also did not fix the handle that was there to get replaced as well. They have it crooked and without proper functioning. They melted a piece through to fit the new piece... Unacceptable. Now I have to go back somewhere on THERE time instead of it being convenient for ME? **Just come on the weekend when I'm free. This terrible work on me deserves that much!** Thirdly, I'm still waiting for the last piece of glass with no reply or call back. The estimator said it was iffy that he could provide an estimate without totaling the car. I have waited patiently since. I have since emailed the estimator twice on 4/18 and 4/22 asking for a disposition. No response, they have ghosted me.

(Also, please please PLEASE do NOT get auto insurance from allstate like I stupidly did!) Abbey was courteous, and honest and straightforward with me throughout the entire consult and gave me insurances to switch to after the claim got settled. Clean facility and I would have chosen them if my insurance wasnt so bad and tight budget. I hope to not get into a crash for a long time but if i do and I have better insurance I will give them another try.
