(Also, please please PLEASE do NOT get auto insurance from allstate like I stupidly did!) Abbey was courteous, and honest and straightforward with me throughout the entire consult and gave me insurances to switch to after the claim got settled. Clean facility and I would have chosen them if my insurance wasnt so bad and tight budget. I hope to not get into a crash for a long time but if i do and I have better insurance I will give them another try.

Outstanding service -- truly above and beyond!…read more This is my second time using Autoworks of Westville Auto Body, and once again they completely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, everything was handled with care, speed, and professionalism. They coordinated everything -- from booking my rental car to drop-off when my repairs were complete -- making the whole process smooth and stress-free after my collision. It's rare to find a family-owned business that feels this personal and still runs so efficiently. A special shout-out to Ashley, who I've worked with both times. She's amazing -- quick to reply to emails, genuinely kind in person, and always knows exactly what needs to happen next. If you're looking for an auto body shop that treats you like family and delivers top-quality results every single time, Autoworks of Westville is the place to go. Highly recommend them for any auto body needs!

I stopped here to ask if they can repair this today and how much to replace it. I did not want to go the weekend with that just hanging down. They told me it would be just over $600.00, and stated that they cannot get the parts in until Tuesday due to the holiday and they can fix it then. I told them nevermind, and he said good luck because no one will be able to fix it today or over the weekend. I stopped off at another place, and they were able to get the part and had it fix the same day, and it only cost $200.00. Hmmmm, saving of $400.00.. I wanted to give them extra and they said no. I wonder how many others they ripped off and also ripped off the insurance company.

Since…read moreI know very little about auto body repairs if they had told me it would be expensive to fix I would have believed them and have had them do the work. Instead they were honest and said they could fix it for a very fair price. So when I had another incident I went straight there. They checked over the damage and unfortunately it was a bit more tis time but still less than other companies. I dropped off my car and when I picked it up it looked like new. And here is the best part they even cleaned the interior!! I certainly did not expect this. All the dog hair was gone. It's beautiful. I never expected such great service. Thank you to everyone who worked on my car

Anthony explained that parts to repair my car were difficult to find and that it might take a while to complete the job. He stayed in contact with me to advise me of the status of the job to put me at ease and I really do appreciate that. It took 1 day short of 3 months for Superior Auto Body to complete the work and they did an excellent job! My car handles like I just drove it off of the assembly line. The workmanship is excellent! I would not hesitate to recommend Superior because they did excellent work on my car and they just seem to really love working on cars.

Joe and everyone at the office were professional, pleasant, friendly and kind. They even picked me up (I live in town) to give me a ride to the shop to pick up my car.
