Richard inspected the car and gave us a quote. Once we got the at fault drivers information we brought the car to be repaired. Geico wasn't going to give us an OEM bumper which my husband was upset about. Richard went out of his way to price match the bumper and ordered all original Ford parts. He fixed the car in TWO DAYS! He was so fast, and wow, he did a great job! My husband went to pick up the car and gave him the check from Gieco which was less than the total. Richard took care of getting the balance from them, we never even had to make a phone call. He also took care of setting up a rental car for us. I have had other accidents in the past. Richard's communications were very helpful and professional. The car looked great inside and out! He even cleaned the inside of the car and the outside which I was thrilled about. If I ever need auto body work done again I will definitely go to Zee Collision Center. They are affiliated with Branford Ford's Collision Center.
