So many wines to choose from!
    Tiffany B.

We have been visiting Andrew's wine shop since he first opened 3 yrs ago! A much needed, fabulous addition to the already growing wine country in Newberg, he really knows his wine! My favorite are his pop-up tastings on Friday nights... we have tasted many great wines and chatted with the wine makers at these little events. Andrew is always fun to chat with too.... from gardens to wines, to the growing area... always a joy when we visit! His wine selection also rotates very often which is nice too see. If you go, check out the added patio in the back, a tucked away- relaxing patio perfect for sipping wines in the summer eves!

    Really fun corkscrew collection

We were immediately welcomed by Andrew and blown away by the sheer number of local Pinots.

Owners are selling? Woohoo! After leaving them a 5 star review, becoming regulars, always tipping…read moregenerously, never using my rewards points, helping them do stuff around the bar, bringing more business to their establishment, the wife decides to switch up on me out of the blue one night. Bc she is a somm, I told her I had a question about a wine... with a nasty attitude she told me to ask someone else. WTH? I did absolutely nothing to this woman. I was in complete shock. Needless to say, we never went back and it's now been 4 YEARS. But now that they're finally selling, we just might give the place another shot. Looking forward to the new, and hopefully not petty, ownership! And yes, I agree, the food wasn't great either. I was just giving them time since they were new and trying to be nice to what I thought were new friends. One of the weirdest experiences ever.

I finally got the opportunity to try SG. I usually make decisions on ratings, and word of mouth…read more Therefore SG was on my list. We were a group of four on a Saturday night seeking pizza. Well first the pizzas are an average $30-$40 for a 12" or 16". We don't mind paying a premium if the product matches. This wasn't the case. They advertise wood fire pizzas, that's not what we received. On the way out I looked into the kitchen. I could only see the normal pizza ovens. The pizza did not have the classic bubbling and slightly burned spots as a wood fired pizza has. The pizza we rated at a 6 and that's a generous number. I ordered the bbq chicken pizza. Well I thought I ordered it with chicken ? I rejoiced when I found one lonely strip of flavorless chicken, the pizza was not crisp , loads of sauce and a bit on the sweet side. Usually if there any leftovers, I will take it home. This time , I forced myself to eat what I could and left the rest. Two others in our group had similar experiences. One of our party ordered a sandwich, we believe the salt shaker cap must of came off because all she could taste was salt. The good which is what pushed the rating to a 3 star. Is the customer service. My friend is handicapped and they were very accommodating to him. The beer was nice and cold. Doubtful we will back. There is a house down the road with better pizza

No matter what, you won't be disappointed. The entire place has cozy seating options throughout the entire space. Outdoor fire pit, small alcoves and plenty of regular seating in the front if you want to admire all of the wine bottles for sale. This is a perfect place to stop if you want to grab lunch or picnic items on your way out to the vineyards for wine tasting! Most wine tasting rooms will let you bring outside food to enjoy while you taste. So this is a go to spot for me as I prepare to enjoy my day out near the vines. All menu food is prepared from scratch, so expect to wait a reasonable amount of time for the legit goodness that awaits you. I love their sandwiches but they are known for the wood fired pizzas. A great place to grab a gift if you need a bottle of wine or other lovely local treats to share with another special person... definitely be sure to check it out when you're passing through Dundee next time

The Benedict and Steak and Eggs were really good. Their breakfast special however was not. It was a variation on an omelette and it was just tasteless. Their in house hot sauce however was delicious, like if tabasco traveled the world and came back home a new sauce kind of vibe.
