What a difference! SRAM eTaps, carbon wheels, new brakes and wrap! Then Jeremy did a fit for me and we changed the saddle. I really recommend getting fitted. His small adjustments made a huge difference. They were prompt doing the work. Craftsmanship appears very high. The shifters are awesome. Dee and Jeremy took the time to explain what was done and how to maintain it. I recommend these guys. Even though it's a 25 mile drive for me, their service and knowledge is worth it

I honked as i swerved to the edge of the road. I saw the driver look in the mirror, (he did not look before switching lanes) and saw me on the edge of the road and instead of returning into his lane, he acerated into the fast lane. Had I gotten my video downloaded before it looped I would be posting it for all to see. It does not change the fact that they have a rude/poor driver who is a liability to the company and a danger to others. I did receive a response from one of my texts apologizing for the issue but left doubts that it would be addressed. I raised my feedback to a 3 due to the communication.

The parking lot is paved and pretty big. Id say it would fit about 25 cars in the marked stalls and a handful more on the curb. Theres also a bathroom! For the bikers, there is a a fix-it station as well and signage for navigating the trails. I spent a few hours here walking around and really enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the creek. It didnt drown out my heavy breathing (out of shape!), but it was a nice sound of nature. Im sure you can spend hours walking around the canyon and find neat little spots to relax and check out. I didnt encounter very many people on the trail so if you like that, this is definitely your place. This trail is dog friendly as well. I saw a guy who had 3 pups with him and they seemed to be loving the trail. Id rate this as a moderate difficulty, and maybe best for kids 6+, though im sure younger ones could do it. Overall, very enjoyable trail. No Starbucks at the top, so pack enough water! Be prepared for some incline and uphill, but take it slow and steady and you'll be rewarded with great views!

We had an issue with my sons bike and needed to get the brakes replaced after a month of having the bike. It was a warranty fix and so there was no cost to us but it took a very long time and there was zero communication. We had to call for updates and finally had to call and ask when it would be ready just to find out it had been ready for a few days but we had received no communication it was ready. That was a big disappointment and frustration.

First of all, Ari makes fantastic bikes. Second, "no one"…read moreseems to make premium fat tire bikes anymore which is a major bummer because here in Michigan we are full of sugar sand in the summer and snow in the winter. Ari is full-on with fat tire offerings, must be the Utahn terrain or something. Third, imagine my surprise and delight when my buddy told me the Ari Peak Explorer was on sale! Alas, they were completely sold out. But Kristy at Ari calmed me down and scoured the factory and the showroom and the demo bikes and found one for me. I thought I would need a large but she did the custom fit thing and suggested a medium (she was right!). Unfortunately it arrived with a broken battery key-release mechanism. So here's where the rubber meets the trail: they sent me a new mechanism pronto and now I am riding and I'm super happy with this beautiful machine. I wanted the cheaper Comp version, only the Elite was available but man, I am happy with the upgrades, especially the shifting. Other people besides Kristy helped me but I don't know their names. Thanks to everyone!

The bike I got wasn't fully set up and in just the second ride the chain jumped between the sprocket and spokes, broke three spokes and bent the rim, hanger, and derailleur arm. Since then there has always been something wrong with it. I think I've been fixing/adjusting something every other week for 2 years now. It has ended up being an okay commuter bike (I ride about 4 miles to-and-from work every day) for the last 2 years, so it gets a lot of use. Maybe that explains the frequent troubles. I guess it's good if you like practicing your bike repairs.

While on vacation in Utah with our car and two road bikes, we had a…read morevery serious car accident and our bikes flew off the rack and landed harshly near our totaled car. My husband had to spend four days at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo for broken vertebrae, ribs and sternum. I had to retrieve the broken bikes from the tow yard 2.5 hours away and then figure out how to fly back to California. So glad I called Hangar 5 in Orem! Preston Weeks answered my call/cry for help and graciously greeted me in my rental van with all the contents of our road trip including the broken bikes. He took the dirty bikes from the van and agreed to clean them up and inspect the damage, which allowed me to fly back to California with my husband. Two days later he sent us a detailed inventory of damages to the frame and components for each bike. Subsequently he meticulously packed up both bikes and parts at our request and shipped them back to us so that we could salvage all that was still usable. Since we are not local to Orem, it was exceptional to experience this level of consideration and service. All of you locals are very lucky to have such an amazing bike shop and team members like Preston Weeks to take care of your cycling needs. I highly recommend this shop and if we are ever in the area again, I will definitely be visiting Hangar 15. Simply amazing!
