Getting an appointment is really tricky due to so many patients, but everyone is very caring and understanding, and that's what we love about it. They respect your choices, care for every need, and are never too pushy on vaccines, medicines, etc. Four star just due to how long you have to wait for appointments. My son was never the month he currently was for his check ups. He'd be 6 months but not seen til 8. Not really anyone's fault, just tricky for busy families. Thank you!

The day before I check to make sure they've got them but, no. They don't seem to have them on file. The person on the phone then launches into a "It's not our fault" BS excuse. I'm sorry, if you have had the paperwork for a week and a half and you want to actually give patients an acceptable level of care, it IS your responsibility to request the records and follow up on it BEFORE the appointment so you're not wasting everyone's time AND money with a worthless appointment that was made specifically to get caught up on immunizations. My search for a solid pediatrician's office in Chehalis/Centralia continues. It's ridiculous how poor the quality of care is in this area. This is the third clinic that has dropped the ball.

As far as wait time goes, it's pretty much non existent, but we usually plan her appointments when school is in session, so that might have something to do with it. She cares about the whole person, always asks how I'm REALLY doing. My youngest daughter recently aged out of Peds NW and was able to get in here. My middle son won't age out until the end of August but he proactively made a new patient appointment. It's 6-8 month wait to get your new patient appointment but they're THAT good. Just remember to activate your MyChart with them so you don't miss any because they have a "2-missed appointments and you're out" policy. I have sickle cell trait and had to reschedule because of the 109F temps a few weeks ago, and was able to cancel easily in MyChart over the weekend, and then called a few days later to reschedule. If you send a message in MyChart, it's answered in 24-48 hours usually. Front desk staff are professional and kind, also when you call on the phone if you have a glitch in a pharmacy refill. I'm usually in and out promptly, and I've never had a doctor here treat me like I was making up my symptoms. I recently got my 2nd pneumonia shot and my middle son was shocked that we were driving out of the parking lot less than 20 minutes after I parked.

My daughter has been diagnosed with severe ADHD and has been suffering in school for the past two years because I opted to not medicate and try other interventions first. Medication was my last resort. After working with several different MD's at providence I was denied medication after exhausting all interventions the school had put in place and the different doctors, they had all failed. She continued to go downhill in her academics because of her inability to focus. So I decided medication was worth a try, as her mom it was my last resort but the nothing else worked and I didn't want to watch her slip even more. I am an LPN in pediatrics, so this condition is nothing new to me. I found Fir Creek Peds on my insurance providers network page. I called and explained that I didn't want to waste anyone's time if they weren't willing to consider meds and help me once I showed them all the information from my daughters school and her past parent teacher conference reviews, grades, and comments from her teachers and counselor. They said Michelle is open and listens to needs. We got an appointment within a week which was amazing. Michelle listened to me, read everything I brought, asked detailed questions no one else had and sympathized with me. She prescribed medication for my daughter and I am so grateful that she did. She didn't just hear what I said, she really listened! My daughter has had a dramatic improvement with her focus in school and the medication didn't change who she was, which was my main concern. I am so thankful for Michelle and the staff for being so helpful and sympathetic to us. Highly recommend this pediatric clinic for all healthcare needs.

Yikes, I've been here a couple times. Once was okay. The second time was all bad. The wait time was…read morehorrible. Then, when I saw the doctor, she talked down to me, like I was an idiot. In addition, she kept pushing various different vaccinations on me which I did not want or need. She ended up sending me home with a prescription I didn't need and a pamphlet about eczema...that I also didn't need. Oh, and last year a bunch of patient files got stolen because an employee took stuff home with her.

We were excited to go to them because they offer a free appointment if you are expecting parents and want to meet a provider. We met with Dr. Adam Boldt and loved him! After my daughter was born, they sent over another provider since Dr. Boldt was out of town. They checked in with us and made sure our daughter was healthy and okay. Our daughter was a little under weight after a week, but Dr. Boldt worked with us, got us in for weight checks and helped us figure out the best option to get her to eat more. I love their patient portal, which allows us to message Dr. Boldt with non-urgent concerns and questions. We have used it multiple times and love the open communication between us and him. It also saves us a doctor visit! Dr. Boldt, the other providers and all the staff really care about you and your child! Even when we had a billing issue, the billing office helped us get it figured out with the insurance! I can't remember her name, but the staff person went above and beyond to help us and save us money by helping us with the insurance! We will continue to bring our daughter (and future children) to Olympia Pediatrics! They are truly the best!
