100% recommend Schine Health and will they will always be our go-to for primary medical needs…read more We started going there a year or so ago and were struck by how welcoming and kind Dr. Schine and his staff were. Everyone that works there is considerate of your medical needs and preferences, never pressures you into doing or taking something that you're not comfortable with, and consistently has your best interests in mind. We have gone to Dr. Schine mostly for cold/flu type care; but being a primary care physician, he can support you in a number of ways. Most recently, I went to him with what turned out to be a sinus infection. I was able to get a next day appointment (sometimes you can get same-day appointments) and, as always, was impressed and happy with the efficiency that the staff conducts the appointments. They accept a number of different insurance plans and are easily connected to local pharmacies to quickly get any prescriptions that is sent in. Levi and the rest of the front office staff are extremely helpful and caring to everyone as well; and will help with any insurance and/or billing questions. One can easily navigate their online appointment scheduling system so you don't have to wait for opening hours to schedule something; and they do offer virtual visits for some appointments. Schine Health is also fully inclusive, welcoming, and a safe place for supportive care for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC patients. Like I said above, I fully recommend Schine Health and will never go anywhere else!

Upon reading the results of my CT scan, I noticed they mentioned this cyst. I had last been into this women's clinic the month before this CT scan, had been thoroughly examined, and given a D&C. I thought this cyst must have been missed or possibly had become visible only after this whole procedure the month prior - but no. When I caked the women's clinic, I was told I had that cyst when I first came in, I "should have been" told about this cyst, and I "should have been" told to come back for monitoring, and I "should have been" scheduled for this further monitoring upon the conclusion of my final appointment - but NO. I was sent on my way with no mention of this cyst, no mention of monitoring, and no scheduling for continued care! They sent me off thinking I had no further need to be seen! Had I not had this CT scan, I have no idea how long I may have gone without further care. You might be thinking, "But a cyst doesn't mean something dangerous..." However, this was not the case for me, as I learned upon following up with my primary care and receiving competent treatment with another facility. I will NEVER return to Providence Women's Clinic in Centralia, WA! I could never just squeeze my eyes shut, cross my fingers, and gamble my health, hoping, "Perhaps they've gotten it together now and won't compromise my life again!" No thank you!! I'll find some place else that can provide competent care and NOT put lives at risk!!!

Cancelled my appointment the day of 2 years ago. Tried again this year for my women's physical and…read morethey cancelled 7 hours before my appointment. Tried to reschedule me for over a month out. My husband had to take the day off work to watch the kids. All for nothing. Again. Second time trying with this place and they cancelled me again. My pain still hurting after a month of waiting. A month of swelling, waiting eagerly for this appointment. I understand a "family emergency" but I should have been scheduled back in asap. Not over a month out, in the back of the line as if it were my first time booking. Then they offered a male obgyn to give me my womens visit for a faster option. Wow, no thank you. Awful office. So swollen. All that waiting and taking the day off for nothing. And the gal who called me could care less. Absolutely would not recommend. Never booking again!
