Also rude on the phone if you can even get through. Will not be going back because of her. Doctor Mcelhaney is very professional and does an excellent job and so does his nurse, Jessica. However, what the customer see first and last is the receptionist and it's not worth dealing with her. Two years ago she didn't work there and the environment was much better. Took my health and business else where and that is what I recommend.

If you've ever had a DOT physical then you'll understand the rarity in this. After the medical assistant completed her tasks I was only waiting in the exam room for maybe 3-4 minutes before Deb Gross, ARNP came in complete my exam. The whole process was very thorough and efficient, which I appreciated very much. Deb and her staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. On top of it all, the price was very competitive ($150). I will return to EH for my next DOT physical and would happily recommend them.

As a result, despite the FMCSA AND WA DMV having a subsequent completed valid DOT physical (from another clinic) on file, my partner's CDL was downgraded, without notice from anyone, and he missed out on a driving job he was in line for. It took 3 weeks for him to get this straightened out with DMV. Thanks to this clinic's stupidity, he is still job-hunting. I would not touch this clinic with a 10-foot pole.

Everyone that works there is considerate of your medical needs and preferences, never pressures you into doing or taking something that you're not comfortable with, and consistently has your best interests in mind. We have gone to Dr. Schine mostly for cold/flu type care; but being a primary care physician, he can support you in a number of ways. Most recently, I went to him with what turned out to be a sinus infection. I was able to get a next day appointment (sometimes you can get same-day appointments) and, as always, was impressed and happy with the efficiency that the staff conducts the appointments. They accept a number of different insurance plans and are easily connected to local pharmacies to quickly get any prescriptions that is sent in. Levi and the rest of the front office staff are extremely helpful and caring to everyone as well; and will help with any insurance and/or billing questions. One can easily navigate their online appointment scheduling system so you don't have to wait for opening hours to schedule something; and they do offer virtual visits for some appointments. Schine Health is also fully inclusive, welcoming, and a safe place for supportive care for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC patients. Like I said above, I fully recommend Schine Health and will never go anywhere else!

My neck and middle back were so out of alignment that all he did was run his hand along my spine and knew exactly where I was hurting. I expected him to yank and pull on my neck and wrench my back around. Not so. He had a comfortable table that I laid on, and within minutes, it had me feeling better.
