Getting an appointment is really tricky due to so many patients, but everyone is very caring and understanding, and that's what we love about it. They respect your choices, care for every need, and are never too pushy on vaccines, medicines, etc. Four star just due to how long you have to wait for appointments. My son was never the month he currently was for his check ups. He'd be 6 months but not seen til 8. Not really anyone's fault, just tricky for busy families. Thank you!

By the time I finally got ahold of the office to get the link, I was told it was an in person appointment and not a virtual! That is not what I was told when I talked to the service to book an appointment yesterday after waiting on hold for 2 hours to get ahold of anyone to schedule an appointment! I was also told my prescription refill was called in to find out today it never had been! When I finally got connected with Sadia Houssin for my virtual appointment her camera didn't work. I was told I can see you but I couldn't see her. I explained to her I had sent 3 messages via my chart on the 9th and as of the 15, not a single one had been replied to. Her response was Im so glad we were able to connect today. (Well one sided Since her camera didnt work). I stated I had messaged her 3 times in my chart and had zero response to any if them! I finally called the office on the 15th and waited in hold 2 hours to reach a human to speak to. Then I was told they had a virtual appointment available and they would call im my medication refill. But then today I Found out it was supposed to be an in person appointment not virtual and no my medication refill had not been called in. When I was finally able to meet with the dr I was in complete tears thinking that I had missed my appointment because it was supposed to be online. Her response was just Im so glad we were able to meet today! Not im so sorry there was zero response to you messages for more then a week, or Im so sorry you were told your appointment was virtual but was actually booked as in person! I understand that business are short staffed and mistakes happen! But when telling my dr all of the issues that I experienced to get the appointment, the wrong info given, and all the issues experienced were completely side stepped is unacceptable! I need a doctor who actually listens to me and what Im truly saying and to appologize when her office completely drops the ball! The issue i am dealing with could be life-threatening and it was important! But even if it wasn't everyone needs to be heard! I will be looking for a new doctor.
