Tried to call and give the correct claim number. They call back saying they can't accept a out of state claim.....who said anything about out of state? I called back and am still not convinced they have corrected the paperwork as they never called to verify anything with me. I will say, the Dr Brandon was nice. He seemed caring and knowledgeable. No complaints there. The nurses were almost as thoughtless as the receptionist. It's unfortunate this is the only workers injury clinic around. Make sure you speak up, ask questions, get answers, and double check everything.

I'm still waiting (several days later) for an orthopedic referral to go through, but of course I had to do the legwork to ensure that was even happening. Oh and fun fact; if you ask what's taking so long for the referral, the staff will become instantly annoyed with you & irate that they need to explain the process of referrals having to go through insurance before being sent to orthopedics! I commented that I guess I would just be sitting around in pain for a few more days & was hung up on. Don't waste your time at this place if you don't have to. Unless some serious changes are made that encourages their staff to do their jobs with the compassion & kindness that this community deserves, I will be seeking urgent care in Olympia from now on.

Once I finally saw the nurse practitioner, who was again, very nice, my conversation and transaction with her took one minute. Yup. I waited five hours for one minute. I had to take a sick day from work to cover my time sitting there. A day of my life I will never get back. The system here doesn't work. I get some people need more help than others but you would think the "easy" people as I was told I was numerous times, could be in and out and out of their hair instead of turning people away as they came in later in the day because they were full. Why would an hour go by and no one in the waiting room was called? One lady came in describing a heart attack and she was turned away. I felt horrible for her. I hope she is ok.

We were taken back pretty quickly and seen pretty quickly as well. Sure enough they both had Flu A and the office put in a prescription for their meds right away. Upon arriving to the Tumwater location they directed me to the Lacey location because of the x-ray technician there. They made an appointment for me and asked the other location if they could get me in sooner than my appointment. The MultiCare indigo care in Lacey was amazing! The customer service from the front and the nurse that triaged my son was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The nurse put an ice pack on his area of pain and It wasn't long before the physician assistant Teresa saw my son and treated him immediately. Teresa knew exactly what was wrong with him and fixed his dislocated elbow. She also gave him and icicle ice cream pop and some stickers. It was incredible how fast he was healed *and was able* to attend school. I highly recommend this place The staff are incredible customer service is amazing and my son's health is back to normal

I hadn't eaten all day so I told her to forget it; that I was going home. I would NEVER set foot in that place again! No one bothered to check on me at ANY time while I was waiting (I'm 78 and had my little Service Dog with me). I use a walker so they could tell I was not a 'spring chicken'. The only thing they apparently care about is the almighty dollar because they sure as H*LL don't care about the patients!!!
