They are great, fast and efficient, no long waits and called me with updates on scheduled time so I did not have to wait in lobby.

Disclaimer. This is about DR Singh. NOT THE STAFF. NOT THE NURSES. EVERY STAFF MEMBER IS GREAT…read more Both my sons have been seen by two separate Doctors, Both times we had a great experience. The doctors were Listening and attentive. But the last two times l've been sick it was Dr Sing. UNFORTUNATELY !!!! He may be a nice person to others but he's not right for urgent medicine. I told him I know my body. I felt like pneumonia was coming. He heard my lungs and at that time they seemed clear but l'd been on DayQuil/robitossun/allegra all day. But I was coughing all night and I told him. I can't breathe!!!!! It's coming. I need something stronger. This has been my life for 20 years. I know what works. I need prednisone plus strong amoxiclaven. I also needed a strong cough medicine. But no, he said my strep tst was negative and needed nothing but a couple days of prednisone. That was a week ago on Sunday. I told him I have a very weak immune system. I have several immune disorders that require immediate treatment. I know ppl come looking for drugs but I take so much medication for all my illnesses that he should have listened to me. It's been TWENTY YEARS of this. | KNOW MY BODY. but he was dismissive and very condescending. I don't want cocaine or meth. I need a codene based cough med along with prednisone pills and strong antibiotics. Three things that work every year, ONCE A YEAR, EVERY YEAR JUST ONCE A YEAR WHEN I GET PNEUMONIA! YOU KNOW WHERE I AM NOW ????? IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM. With pneumonia. Severe fever and a gargling shallow breathe that could lead to double pneumonia. Which l've had before. Dr Singh is so full of him self. I understand there are drug addicts who ask for hard drugs. I needed real medication. Now I'm taking more time off work. More money out of pocket for a hospital stay. And more suffering from another case of pneumonia. Grown up jerk. Assess your patients better. INSTEAD OF judging them. I'll bring you my ER bill for the lack of better care. It's showing my pneumonia could have been treated sooner if you listen to real patients.

DO NOT GO HERE Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had…read morewith urgent care. I was put on the waitlist and waited over 5 HOURS, only to have my appointment CANCELLED without notice. When I showed up in person to sort things out, the girl at the front desk (blonde hair, sparse lashes, working 12/26) had the absolute worst attitude--completely unhelpful and dismissive. This place is a joke. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

I am not at all impressed or real pleased with the care that my great grandmother "received" while…read moreshe was at this hospital. I am also really upset with the social workers and palliative care coordinators when it came to the care that my great grandmother was to receive. The family had come up with plans as to the future care of great grandma but somehow those plans were completely ignored and the hospital made decisions to implement different things that weren't authorized on the day that certain practices began. I'm disappointed in the amount of time that it took to be able to find the nurse who was supposed to be caring for my great grandmother. I'd just heard from several nurses and other on call staff that the floor wasn't real busy that particular night and yet it was dang near impossible for me or anyone in the family to find the appropriate nursing staff to be able to ask questions about care, drug administration, etc. Little by little I felt like we were watching things fall apart. Seeing all this happen, I felt badly about this hospital. I would NOT want to come here if it were for myself. My cousin ended up in the hospital just after my great grandmother did and I can assure you, she also complained about the care she received. We had a tough time finding staff to help her. We left with several questions unanswered. Safe practices were not followed consistently and I was convinced that this hospital was so much a huge joke. Ugh!

Terrible choice for estrogenic HRT…read more In 2024, a change in leadership resulted in lowering the allowed estrogen blood concentration from 300 to 200 pg/mL for testosterone-producing patients, with blood draws analyzed quarterly or more often to ensure this. This rate was set by WPATH 19 years ago, and in need of review. Natural estrogen production in humans is in range of 300-400 pg/mL. You cannot do estrogen monotherapy at 200, so you're losing before you start if you want full estrogenic transition. Doctors are pooled at this clinic. This means your experience varies. I get variously called by my dead name or chosen, and by my third appointment, the paperwork sent to Labcorp had to be revised for using a shorthand of my deadname. Appointments appear to be manual; if I do not call the clinic to set it up, the providers will not follow up. When they do, it's been unclear. Three times, the clinic didn't contact my pharmacy with my pills, and two of those times, it was a partial list that was sent. If you do use Planned Parenthood for estrogenic HRT: (1) ramp up on spironolactone over time, (2) start at a high dose of estrogen, as recommended by WPATH (3) do your research, diyhrt.info as you will not get a lot of guidance from Planned Parenthood
