We got married about four months ago and I still think of Dan and Christina's unconditional kindness and support almost everyday. The whole team at Valley View is truly amazing and Suzy and David are some of the coolest and kindest people I have ever met. Dan was our wedding planner and from the beginning was so calming and extremely buttoned up. My husband I got engaged in Dec and were married in Aug all thanks to Dan and the team! Dan was always available and made all of the planning fun and super personal to us. He truly felt like an extension of our family. Christina was with us the weeks leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day. I don't even know where to begin -her presence is so grounding and loving-I can't imagine the day without her there. She anticipated everything and was always one step ahead but also made the day fun! Again, felt like an extension of family on our wedding day. The food was also incredible. Our friends and family all said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. We loved the deserts so much we took them home and froze them and ate them for a mont after until we sadly ran out. The venue is a magical place. You can feel it when you begin the drive up. We can't wait to come back and visit. It was the best day ever. read more

I found the owner to be rude and very crass at a wedding being celebrated at VVF. She was extremely unsympathetic during a situation where a wedding guest felt light headed and needed to lay down. She also embarrassed herself by feeding her self first and eating right off the trays without using a plate or napkin, at the dessert table while the desserts were being set up for the guests. The wedding coordinator was very short with wedding party and guests throughout the day. She seemed tired and overworked. I don't think she likes her job. read more

Beautiful wedding venue! Was a guest for a wedding recently here and absolutely loved everything about this location- secluded, quiet, open and clean feeling. Multiple areas to host the ceremony, beautiful backdrops for photos and the reception area is cozy yet not too small. I wish it were more affordable so I could get married here! read more

Our wedding there was magical. Suzy is amazing, and Dann is a rockstar. They were on top of the entire process, and helped keep the stress down to a minimum. On the day of, everything went almost perfectly, and for the few small issues that arose, the staff was ON it. If you're looking for a wedding venue in Western Mass, you won't beat Valley View. Top Notch service from start to finish! A gorgeous venue, rustic but refined. My Daughter's wedding went off without a hitch thanks to the incredible staff. A big hug to Dan, he went above and beyond anticipating our every need and organizing and clarifying the event. Bar staff was great, Thanks to Tad who kept the drinks flowing and the monitored consumption. TIPS certified bartenders kept the Open Bar under control. My husband an I were blessed enough to celebrate our wedding at with Sue and her team at Valley View Farm. Along with the normal descriptors the apply like "magical", "beautiful views", "excellent service", I would add what really matter to me throughout the planning process: the team really CARES about you and your day. Everyone responded quickly to my questions over email, listened to what was important to us, and were willing to work with our vendors to make everything happen. I am so grateful to have chosen a venue of genuine people...and (let's be honest) for how beautiful the pictures look! My tips: Rent the houses. They are worth every penny Be a good partner to the team, come prepared and respond promptly so they can get everything ready prior to the big day. This place is amazing. Such a beautiful location and venue. The event space is modern with accents of antique barn wood and romantic lighting. There is a kitchen, bar, upstairs cozy area and plenty of room for tables and still have a huge dance area. Plenty of parking next to horses in a field. Overall great experience. Went last Sunday. It was a beautiful day and there were quite a large amount of people there, including those attending a wedding. Thought cleanliness and social distancing was fine, however $16.00 for a drink was pretty steep. Very disappointed with that aspect. read more

Extremely poor business practices during the Covid 19 pandemic. What should be the happiest day of a couple's life is not only being affected by the pandemic but also by the unreasonableness of rescheduling options. Saving prime days, ie Friday, Saturday and Sunday for new couples and offering Mondays and Thursdays, with no price decrease to couples impacted by the virus restrictions. If you don't accept, then demanding payment in full for canceling. read more

Valley view farm was beyond wonderful! We were so happy to have been able to have our wedding take place there. The staff is excellent they are very welcoming professional and very accommodating. One of the best wedding venues in New England with incredible staff. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I 100% without a doubt recommend getting married here. Me and my now husband and our families rented the houses so were able to wake up on the property, get ready in their cider bar and new Baldwin loft, take photos throughout the gorgeous landscape and love nest, get married in the pavilion, enjoy cocktails and light bites in the courtyard, and eat and dance in the yellow barn. Everything in one space, all guided by Dan, who was honestly my saving grace throughout the entire wedding planning process and day of. Simply put, DAN IS AMAZING. My wedding day was an absolutely breeze because of Dan. Everything went perfect. He took care of me and the groom and our families and provided so much insight and care during the months leading up to the big day. This place is truly something special. read more

I can't even find the words to describe the venue, the staff, and the housing- simply amazing! Alex, Dan, Teri, Barton and of course Suzy and David go the extra mile ( or 10!) for you to make sure everything about your wedding day is perfect. And perfect it was. Valley view farm is the place to go if you want to have a wedding or other event. The owners are kind and welcoming and are happy to give a tour at pretty much anytime. The property is gorgeous and it is clean and well kept. They not only have amazing events but they have amazing events with plumbing! they also have two houses that you can rent out so there is no need for a hotel. there are a lot of cute restaurants right near the farm so it is easy to just go out and grab a bike. overall this is the place to be! read more

I had a great weekend at valley view with friends! the space was amazing. Anyone looking to have a private party in a remote setting (with plumbing!) and accommodating hosts should definitely look into valley view. Great space for a wedding or weekend retreat! read more
