A con is that the smaller kid activities is way on the other side from the bigger kid activities so if you have kids of different ages, you have one bored and just hanging until the other is done in their section. The food was decent for the most part. The funnel cake bites, turkey leg, and kettle corn were good. The elote corn was eh. The food was decently priced. To get in is $20 each which to me, is a little pricey. There should be kid pricing in my opinion. Parking is ok. They did let a car in front of us hold the line up to wait for a car to leave but when we tried to do it, they made us move. Understandable but rules should be the same for everyone. Most staff was nice. On the way out, they asked about taking a family photo. We declined. My son was on the props I guess (it wasn't labeled and no one was there taking pictures) and one staff was like "this is where we take our pictures just so you know." That was interesting. Maybe post a sign. Not my top pick, but it was a decent time.

From start to finish, my experience with Moon Valley Nursery in Avondale was not just good--it was beyond exceptional. Honestly, 10 out of 5 stars isn't even enough. Wesley Erwin, the sales rep, set the tone right away--professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right decisions. I am wheelchair bound and not knowledgeable about AZ plants and trees. BUT Wesley took time and care and walked us through every single little question we had with a smile!! Wesley even put me in a UTV vehicle to drive us around the entire lot as we looked and quizzed him!! He is a wonderful man with a big heart and a love for his job! Then came Javi and his planting crew, and that's where things went to another level. Javi may be a young man, but he carries himself with the pride, work ethic, and integrity of an old soul. You can hear it in his voice, feel it in his handshake, and see it in every detail of his work. That kind of character is rare. His crew? Fast. Efficient. Respectful. And genuinely friendly--something you don't always see these days. They worked hard, worked smart, and treated me with real care and respect as a disabled veteran. Because of this team, Moon Valley Nursery has earned my loyalty--no question about it. If you're looking for top-tier service and people who truly take pride in their work, this is the place. These guys are the real deal--the best of the best.

What started out as Christmas tree shopping…read morewhen our boys were little has now turned into a yearly tradition that we hope one day they will continue with their own families. Not only do we go to them during the holidays but rely on them throughout the year when we need additional plants and trees for our backyard. We first started using Whitfill back in the early 2000's when they were on 40th street south of Roeser. We literally lived across the street from their nursery and when they moved to their current spot on Southern we followed! We have decades of photos with our boys standing next to the tree they choose for Christmas and the tradition continues now with our Sphynx cats! They used to have a peacock walking around but unfortunately he is no longer there. They are pet friendly and we are comfortable taking our cats there in the stroller. Not only are their prices and tree selections the best in town but their customer service and knowledge of anything tree related is vast! They know what they are doing and don't try to upsell or get you to buy unnecessary items. They are the real deal!

I shouldn't need to walk all the way back up front to ask -- and I've been giving the wrong information before anyhow. Its important to know what kind of plant you're buying for multiple reasons. The other Whitfill location (off Guadalupe and Cooper) doesn't have this issue. Overall I think the plants are pretty healthy but after having an issue with lack of labeling (on both the kind of plant and pricing), having been given the wrong plant info on a plant, and after having asked if they had Pink Fairy Duster and being sent off in a direction to wander and never find it on my own, I'm really over this location.

I don't accept after all the Home Depot automated systems & Allstate automated mess I get a a repair man after being on the phone all day. Claim # 1 2/9/26 claim #2 again ice maker goes out on the phone from 0921 until 14:45... spoke with Allstate who again wants to send out the same 1 star review repair team. I say No! I txt into Home Depot automated systems Taylor tells me I have two options go through the warranty or bring it back via the sales manager... ok I call the Home Depot sales manager. He tells me "they lied to me" I can't bring the refrigerator back because it's a "lemon law" I have to have it repaired 3 times & he will get back to me. I txt into Home Depot because I'm simply tired of waiting from 0921 this morning. The person/ automated system whomever tells me I need to go back to my protection plan warranty. The moral of this story is Home Depot could care less. Allstate Warrenty will send you incompetent repair teams but they work with Home Depot. I truly would hesitate to purchase a warranty ( extended via Home Depot) Allstate isn't researching the best repair team for your house. This is a scam to get you money and send unqualified individuals into your home. Protect your home & your family from unqualified " repair folks" it's not worth the risk. Retired military!
