(See pictures) I have been reaching out to him for over 3 weeks and he will not repy anymore. He initially answered, however as soon as I informed him of the problem and asked him to fix it, he stopped replying. On installaion day his crew showed up 2 hours late to begin with, and then disappeared in the middle of the day for several hours without communicating anything wth me. They finally showed back up and had to rush the installaion and did a poor job. Now that Ive asked him to fix it, he is ingnoring me. Once he has your money he will disappear. He obviously does not stand by his work. Seriously, read the way he responds to other customers bad reviews and youll see the way he runs his business with poor character and lack of integrity. He will not take ownership, responds, in an unprofessional manner to people leaving feedback and will not stand by his work. I guess its worth it to him to to lose future business and referrals over what could have been a fairly simple fix. Cant wait to see how he responds to this review and what excuses he has.

Quoted me nearly $400 for a repair that ended up taking half an hour, about $5 in parts, and cost $100 where zero digging had to be done and the break was above the ground level, which he would've noticed, had he actually looked at the pipe. Then he doubled down in messages attempting to justify this overcharge by saying his pricing is based on "potential problems he might encounter." I believe he figured I was a single woman so he assumed I didn't know enough about sprinklers to argue, but I personally have worked on hundreds of linear feet of them and I know them well. I just didn't have time or inclination on my weekend to take care of it. If you're a woman, beware of overcharging, get multiple quotes, and ask questions before deciding. He didn't even take 5 minutes to accurately diagnose the problem, let alone the quote a competitive cost based on the actual work required rather than what would line his wallet the most.
