The store and clothes weren't smelly, which was a huge plus. They also have two bathrooms available, which appear to be clean. I purchased 6 T-shirts, a pair of sunglasses, a pair of shorts, and a Sunday Afternoons hat for just $11.40. I then went back and got a furniture item because it was priced really well. On top of that, many of the items I came across were in poor condition, which made the pricing even harder to justify. Customer service didn't help the experience either. I asked an employee for help with an item that didn't have a price, and he seemed bothered by the request. He went to check but took quite a while and never came back. As I was heading out, he finally returned and called me over only to tell me the price, which again, was far too high. Overall, I left without purchasing anything and don't see myself returning. I will say the store is fairly organized and located in a busy shopping center with plenty of parking, which is convenient. But unless you're okay with paying high prices, this probably isn't the place for you.

This past Saturday, my fiancé and I loaded up my minivan with tons of donations and drove in. The employees are always helpful! They'll help you unload and offer a receipt for tax purposes. There's even a QR code for online receipts if you want that. I'm old school though- I want a paper receipt. Few things to note: 1. While the line in the drive-thru moves fairly quickly, expect to wait a bit as the year comes to a close. Everyone wants to get their tax write off before December 31. 2. Any donations after 6pm are accepted at the front entrance. Solid 4 stars.

Dina gave me outstanding customer service in which she did not have to. she noticed how bummed I was of breaking the dish I purchased and I hadn't even left the store yet. When I explained to her what I had done, she let me get another Pyrex of the same price or pay the difference if it costed more. I really appreciate her doing that. This really was a kind thing to do on her end. I have given my business to the DAV Veterans Thrift countless times as well as donations through the drive thru out back because I believe in their mission and love to support local businesses doing honest work.
