She had good…read moresense of color and seemed very knowledgable, that l was until I found out the subway tile that I bought would not work with the shower pan as designed. I found this out when my contractor saw the subway tile and pointed out why (long explanation, but the water wouldn't drain). At no point during 4 appointments/visits my wife and I made, with hours spent picking out tile, were we ever asked about the type of drain or slope the shower would have, and this ultimately is what ruined everything. I called to tell Anna Marie about the issue, to which she said, she did tell us about this problem, but that we insisted on this tile. This is a lie or misremembered exchange. She then also inferred that my contractor must not be good enough to install it, again dodging accountability. I asked if we could get a store credit or do anything, to which Anna Marie said no refunds and then again said my wife and I made the mistake, not her. Now I am left with a bunch of useless tile, money wasted (which I cannot afford), and a remodel on hold. In the end, Anna Marie is nice and she understands how to put color together, but she cleary has no knowledge of what tile should go where, or at the very least neglected to mention it. Mistakes happen, but both Anna Marie and Westside Tile should at least take some accountability. Now I understand why Floor and Decor right up the street is a much better option.

I told him why I was there and right away he got into the project details with me. Even though, I was not gonna buy right away he still helped me out. Shopped around various yards for materials, but couldn't find what we wanted. Finally stopped here, and bingo they had everything that we were looking for. Added plus, they can provide labor for the installation. Got the lead foreman to come out, walked the job, some sprinkler lines needed to get re-routed. Determined what additional materials were needed and got a fixed price. Job took 4 days, with some added work to it, no change in the pricing. Guys were ez to work with, clean, and best part, on time. What will make the project flow, is knowing and have a good idea on what you want. Do all your up front work first!

The only local company that was cheaper than the hardware store. Then it went downhill. Called me to schedule a delivery time. I couldn't pick up the phone. She didn't leave a message. So I called the next day, and she said that since she couldn't reach me, I had been scheduled for a delivery the next day between such and such. **Why didn't you leave a message or sent an email???** Delivery arrived an hour in advance. Not a problem, thankfully. Everything was there, except.... 4 of the beams were bad, and one sheet of plywood was severely delaminated. **Did you really think I would be okay with bad quality wood??** They agreed to replace them. Not even a phone call to tell me when they're coming. Turns out this time I was away when they showed up. Not that far, but the driver was not happy. He had already loaded/unloaded the lumber, except for the sheet that was in my garage. I notice he brought only 3 beams, not 4. I figured I could arrange with Anel to get the final beam delivered. **Why was there a missing piece??** Well I was wrong. I tried reaching out many times to her. As you'd expect, she never answered emails, was always busy or not at the office, never returned my messages. Nobody else tried to help me. Ultimately I had to dispute the credit card transaction for the amount for the missing beam. I never heard from them, and I'm one piece short for my project.

When you walk in and glance across displays and vast variety well laid out plain to see; obviously done with care and concern of the customer who can find parts and supplies which would not be found in 97% of all stores in a 20 mile radius (probably even 50 miles) I will sum it up with, they have a niche market of supplying the unseen variety and choice that competitors will never offer to you.
