After work I went Valley Super Burger in La Puente couple of minutes from work. I was very curious about Valley Super Burgers one of my coworker tell me the burgers are really good including their sandwiches like their pastrami sandwich and their fries and zucchini are so good. I was very curious I decided go to Valley Super Burgers. The restaurant is close to Amar Rd and N Hacienda Blvd it's a busy intersection with stores and restaurants surrounding the section. I park my car then walk to the order window and looking at the menu display. I decided to order cheeseburger combo and I order a side zucchini I love zucchini sticks. Couple minutes later my meal was ready pick at the window then I took my home. When home can smell the zucchini sticks the aroma mouth watering good and cheeseburger a good size burger I took a bite of the cheeseburger it was very good taste of the burger everything is made to order I enjoy the burgers. Then I tasted the fries these fries were crispy and have very good amount of season that was so good. The zucchini sticks were very crispy that I really it comes two ranch sauces. Overall I enjoy the food at Valley Super Burger I need to come back and try different items. read more

I noticed this restaurant as I was driving by and decided to give it a try. I ordered a grilled chicken burger w/no spread but add extra mustard, fries w/no salt and a small drink. This was all done via the drive-thru window. From the time I placed my order up to the time I was handed my food, it took a total of nine minutes which is fairly quick and I was very satisfied. My chicken burger looked great and was DELICIOUS!! It was exactly as I had requested and the fries were brown, no salt and perfect!! The service I received from the female employee was EXCELLENT! She was very nice, friendly and helpful. TIP: Apple Pay and/or any other form of mobile payment is NOT accepted. Cash and/or card are the acceptable methods of payment. I am glad I decided to give this place a try as I plan to stop by in the future when I am in the area and hungry which is always :) read more

Accessible drive thru, great menu, good food at a great price! The staff were friendly and funny! You can tell they have a great working environment and shows in the food. I love this place ... I have been having this place for yearrssssss. And their grilled cheese is amazing and their chili cheese fries is also the best add some bbq sauce and mmmm mmm mmm.. their chicken strips I get 3 every time with some chili cheese fries and I love it.. Wanted to give this place a try for the first time to placed an order via drive through. I pull up to pay and look into the kitchen only to see the cook handling raw meat with his bare hands. Then he proceeds to use that same hand to wipe down the counter with a rag. Then after that proceeds to use that same hand to grab burger buns. I quickly told a female employee there to cancel my order and explained to her why. This is disgusting food prep procedures that anyone with common sense should know. Don't handle raw meat then not wash your hands. I'll never eat here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Train your cooks better! read more

Consistently great pastrami sandwiches , burgers or club sandwich just delicious. The service has always been friendly. They do get busy, but for me the trick to avoid the line is to go early like 4:30 -5:30, and i am usually out in easy time. I have never eaten in (patio type seating for a few) always drive- thru its what works for me. Love this place! The menu is more extensive but I keep going back for what has always works! read more

I bought 2 cheeseburgers, chili cheese fries, grilled chicken sandwich, the person on drive thru never repeated the order or the total, so I assume she got the order right. Bit when I paid it sounded kind of cheaper then expected, so I asked her repitting what I ordered and she said yes meaning that is what I was getting but guess what wrong. I went to the window and told her a cheeseburger was missing, the actual owner stepping in on a defensive mode and told me we are not here to steal your money. I thought that was rude, I said to the woman that took my order you need to repeat the order back to the customer and she was saying she did but she did not. She said to me I need to pay for that cheeseburger well I said yes but actually it was her mistake of not reading back the order and relling my total. I am not sponsoring this establishment anymore. I had a choice of getting my refund back by that kind of attitude. I have worked in numerous fast food that was terrible customer service. I did tell the owner I paid you cook remembered I am not getting free food either. read more

It's one of my new local places! Saw an influencer on Instagram talk about this place. Family owned and operated. Conveniently located with easy parking. Got the steak combo, and drink. Old Fashion Drive Thru. I found it fascinating that when you drove up to the speaker, there was a wire on the floor that rung a buzzer when your car went over it. You can order through the drive-thru or through the front window. There is available seating but can be cleaner. I ordered a 1/4 lb cheeseburger and an order of onion rings. The paper bag the food came in had a lot of oil stains, which was a little off-putting. The burger was decent, it tasted homemade from a family bbq. A little on the greasy-end. However, the onion rings, were very bland. It needs sauce!!! Without sauce, it taste like batter and onions with little flavor. The portions were massive though. I will come back to try their other food, but the onion rings are a no-go for me. read more

My son has kept bugging me to come to this place because the owner sponsored his baseball team last year. I finally went today for dinner and took him. He wanted the hamburger combo and I ordered chili cheese fries. The service I received was great! We waited a little, but the food tasted good and fresh. I really loved the service. Today my friend and I went to get a burger when my order was complete it was wrong. I politely asked for my order to be corrected they apparently had made the corrections. When I checked the patty to see my order was made right the patty was from my order before bitten and reheated on the grill. Absolutely disgusting! The cook simply said, he was closing and didn't have time to make a new order. I guess you pay for what you get. Cheap food and bad service. read more

Our first time going to this place was about 2 weeks ago. the Pastrami and their steak sandwiches are phenomenal they are great. I recommend them this is a Hidden Gem. Cheap eats, huge portions. The establishment is near an iffy bus stop, so just be wary if any sus people come walking in. It's a bit dingy and run down, but that adds character to the place. We got the: 1) Orange Whip: -It tastes like an orange creamsicle. Probably just Fanta mixed with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. It's nice, a bit pricey for the amount of drink you get versus whipped cream. 2) Carne asada fries: -Lots of cheese, onion, and meat. -Nothing much to write home about, just the standard. -Huge portion. 3) Onion rings: -likewise, huge portion. -the batter is a bit thin and the onions are a tad stringy, but nothing terrible. -it costs extra for ranch! The bread was soaked and everything fell apart. Unfortunately, this isn't the quality we remember. I won't be coming back, at least not for myself. The drive-thru experience also wasn't great. It was extremely busy, with a line backed up outside like In-N-Out. One employee was taking about five orders at a time, running inside to give the tickets, then coming back out to take more orders. It seemed very rushed and unorganized.

There's also a supermarket conveniently attached to it. Parking can be a bit tight during the weekends, but I had no trouble finding a spot. I just want to try everything, will come back often!
