I had a large indoor, climate controlled unit paying over $250 a month for it. when I called to inform them of the roaches they replied "yea we know". they did hire people to come out and spray and offered to let me know when they come out so I can open my unit and they can treat it. never got a call, email or text. I called again few months later to find out that they fumigated the entire building 2 months prior. no notice was sent once again. now I am dealing with insurance and apparently it only covers $500 for insect or rodent damages.

Prior to the move, they called a couple of times to confirm locations, prices and optional add-on's.
