Most classes are offered in studio and streamed via Zoom. I really enjoyed the chair yoga and Yin classes, which are difficult to find, offered on Sundays. I live in a different state and when Covid hit, the streaming classes were a lifesaver during lockdown! I've been "in studio" a couple times since my first visit but continue to take streamed classes a couple of times a week and will continue to do so. Instructors are welcoming and helpful. Responsive to queries. If you are not in the area I recommend registering for the streaming classes.

Very welcoming staff and clean facility…read more My son was first of us starting with the Bully proof program. While he didn't have any bullying issues, the life skills and fundamentals that are also taught with the class have been great! They also incorporate fun activities that keep the young ones engaged. So much so it lead me to join (with some encouragement from my son) I have no prior martial arts background and I'm not getting any younger. However with how the classes are structured I quickly found that to became a moot point. 3 months in and we are both enjoying our classes and even a little competitive fun at home. Just try it.

We toured a number of schools, and while they were all nice, something about Karate America Neenah just stood out. It was a bit of a longer drive for us, but it was worth it! The instructors really care about thier students, and go the extra mile to help. You can really tell they're passionate about teaching, and it makes coming to class something to look forward to a few times a week. As an adult student, I sometimes come in exhausted or stressed from a long day at work, but after leaving class I feel so much better. I went to a open house type event and I tried arial yoga and it was so cool! I wasn't sure if I would like it, sounded a bit scary, but it was a blast and easier than I thought, especially for me due to my plantar fasciitis. Standing for regular classes is very hard for me and arial yoga was not painful or difficult. Deb walked around to make sure everyone was comfortable and even gave us some essential oil to relax. The classes are typically dimmed lighting, with soothing music and quiet voices. I met some really great people there as well. I haven't been back in a while due to health issues that make it hard to do much fitness at all, but I hope to go back in the future. They also have really affordable prices. They have packages for just about anyone, single classes, and various memberships. They have merchandise to buy such as clothing and yoga mats as well. If you are new to yoga or even a pro yogi, this is a great place to improve your yoga practice.

However, we tried Gladiator Yoga, which was a challenging yet rewarding 60 minutes. Allie was super sweet and helpful for us first timers giving us a lot of options for each move; beginner, intermediate and advanced. Finally, she refused payment stating that the first class is always free. We will be back, thanks Allie!
