I absolutely would not send your child/children to this dance company. One owner is extremely rude…read moreand unprofessional. After a misunderstanding regarding the starting time of practice. (Which the dancers were only 20 minutes late to a 3.15 hour practice). Immediately upon entering the dance studio she yelled at one of the middle school dancer. I began apologizing to her regarding the mix up in the time. She began accusing me that I knew the time due to another mother. It has to be said I do not know the other mother and this was the first interaction I had with this owner. She began making faces, rolling her eyes, shaking, clenching her fists and pulling her hair. I attempted to communicate with her to which she began scolding me like a child while using over exaggerated facial expressions. After feeling threatened by her actions, as well as, freightend for my niece's safety I took her home. It is a very unfortunate circumstance as my niece loves to dance. However, no way would I allow my niece to be mistreated, belittled and threatened. It's too bad that instead of being a role model to these young children she is a bully and rules by threats. For a paid service it sure seems she needs to learn customer service basics.
