Owner is a complete bag. Ripped us off for 3 months of dues via automatic bank withdrawals after my wife called and cancelled her membership she was not using. When we noticed they continued to charge us after my wife cancelled, the owner told her to pound sand because they only honor cancelations in writing. Buyer beware. This woman is dishonest and not to be trusted. Consider yourself warned. Zero stars would be appropriate, but is not an option. read more

I took a few classes second there that I enjoyed. When I went to cancel due to scheduling conflicts, they told me I was canceled and then I noticed three months later that they had been charging me each month. When I called to talk to the owner, she was very dismissive and rude. I've never had a business not work with me on giving me a credit at least. She would not do anything to help return the funds. Believe me - I go out of my way to support local businesses. This was an extraordinarily bad experience, which makes this difficult to write, but unfortunately true. read more

I am a 2yrs student at Aerial Dance and have been to many different pole studios enjoyed them but I do have to say Aerial Dance is my favorite the girls r very good at what they do and safety is #1 :) read more

Aerial Dance is amazing! The studio is clean and cute. The instructors are Awesome! They are flexible with your schedule allowing you to pop into other classes during the term to make up a missed one. The community of people here is unmatched. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly and supportive! I look forward to going to the studio weekly and would love to take better advantage of the free practices they offer to enrolled students. I have only taken classes from Paula and her team but I can't imagine a better studio, they give you individual attention and encouragement. I have been dancing for 1.5 yrs now and even have a pole at home but nothing will come close to the instruction and support I get from Aerial Dance so I will keep going because you never stop learning and you never stop improving. Plus I love my Pole Girls!!! Also as the previous review mentioned, you always feel safe! Not only emotionally but physically as well, they support and spot you with skill and care. Pole is mental as well and they know how to work you through all the road blocks! read more

Aerial Dance is a sanctuary for women! Our playground features Pole, Hoop, Hammock and Silks in addition to flexibility, cardio and conditioning classes. Our values are adventure, sisterhood, fun, fitness and play. Our instructors have countless hours of experience and multiple fitness certifications and with small class sizes (5-10 women max!) our knowledge instructors customize the workouts to those in attendance. Established in 2010.

Aerial Dance premiered the aerial and circus arts in the Fox Cities. Our Appleton location opened in 2010. Our Green Bay location opened in 2018. Be empowered by the aerial arts at Aerial Dance!

Meet the Business Owner: Paula B.

Dr. Paula Brusky is the owner of Aerial Dance Pole Exercise LLC in Appleton, Wisconsin. Paula was introduced to Pole Exercise in 2007 in Sydney Australia. A recipient of the Endeavor Postgraduate Research Award, Paula's PhD at the University of Sydney focused on musician health and injury prevention in the upper extremities through strength training and stretching. Her extensive knowledge base made her a sought after international guest lecturer and is used to develop the Aerial Dance student and instructor curriculums. She left her college teaching position in 2014 to focus on Aerial Dance and improving teaching methods in the aerial arts. Paula sat on the board of the US Pole Sports Federation as as the Education Director and is judge for international pole competitions.

The teachers have been given freedom by Rana (owner) to focus on their favorite students and exclude anyone if they don't want to teach them. If your focus is for your child to learn dance this is not the studio for you! What a shame! You will also not find boy dancers to be welcome or rules to be enforced equally. Pole Fitness classes with instructors who hold multiple fitness certifications including group fitness and at least two pole specific certifications. Additional options include pole parties and cardio classes. The studio has nine 10-foot dance poles in the main studio and a secondary room with one pole for private instruction. Spinning pole is taught. Full shower service with towels and products are on site in this beautiful facility designed specifically for teaching the sport of pole. read more

Paula and her staff are amazing! I have taken classes at Aerial Dance for a few months and have seen tremendous results. Not only do the routines and moves that you learn improve your overall strength, but it also made me feel more sexy as a woman. Plus I love bragging to my friends that I'm a pole dancer. :) I have recently moved to Virginia and have taken pole classes out east, but they still don't compare to the teaching methods at Paula's studio. read more

I have been taking lessons at Aerial Dance for over a year now and cannot say enough great things about them! First off, aerial dance is a fantastic form of fitness, and the most fun I have ever had exercising. And secondly, Paula and her staff are fantastic, talented women.
