There are humans that do a prewash at the beginning so problem areas (like the back of an SUV) get washed well. He was able to schedule the work quickly. He arrived on time after giving ETA texts. He is very personable and pleasant to chat with. I am so happy with the work he performed, that I'm planning to schedule regular maintenance and washing.

I wanted to share my experience about the excellent service I received. Early in the morning,…read morearound 5 a.m., I went on Yelp looking for a mobile detailer. To my surprise, Jerry responded within five minutes. After answering a few quick questions, my appointment was set for Saturday. Jerry was incredibly friendly and clearly explained what he would be doing and how long the service would take. I don't think he realized just how much dog hair was in my car, so the job took a couple more hours than he expected -- but the results were absolutely worth it. My car looks brand new. His attention to detail, especially on the little things, was truly impressive. One thing to keep in mind when booking: Jerry will ask a couple of questions so he can quote an accurate price. It only takes a moment, and it ensures fairness since vehicle sizes and conditions vary. Personally, I was expecting to pay about $150 more than I actually did. Overall, you can't go wrong with hiring him. Take the extra minute to answer his questions -- you won't be disappointed.

As they moved closer, they were yelling at me from inside of their car to "hurry up" as I washed my car. When I was drying my car, I had my all weather mats sitting next to my car drying. As I washed drying my car, somebody literally stole my car mats as I washed drying my car. Unfortunately I did not realize until after they were gone. I tried to reach out to the phone number listed to see if there was footage of the car/person who took my car mats and I was not able to reach anybody. The car wash itself was fine, but my overall experience was beyond poor. There doesn't seem to be any kind of oversight or staff on site so proceed with caution.

They convinced me with their reasonable prices and unlimited towels and vacuuming! The drive thru car wash was quick and did a good job cleaning my car. I wish it cleaned the under body better. However, to be fair, I live in the country and don't regularly wash my car, which is to say there was a LOT of built of mud and sand on my vehicles' underside. I purchased the mid-tier wash package. The customer service was great! I needed the attendant to turn on the vacuum for me at least three (3) times and he was ready and happy to do it every time. Your car won't be as clean as paying for a detail, but you can save over $200!

Lots of spots were missed in spite of Tons of suds and rinsing. Not as clean as I would like and it never got the windshield clean even with the guys scrubbing in the front. At least you get to vacuum the car once you pay for the wash, and the vacuums are fantastic. Super strong, did a great job on the dirty floors. Almost the reason to go there by itself. The vacuum is three dollars if you don't buy the car wash. It says there's a five minute limit, but I probably went way longer. Nobody complained. Just don't forget to bring some good towels with you cause you'll need to finish the job once it comes out of the "car wash".

My regular detailer charges $100 and takes about 6-8 hours to complete the car care. Del Rey Car Wash staff had my car for about 20 minutes max due to the high volume of dirty cars ahead of mine.
