The property, it is old, expect issues. We purposely got a wheelchair accessible room because my husband was still non-weight-bearing on one leg and cannot step into a tub. The handheld shower did not work so showers were a little difficult and the water went everywhere in the bathroom. We had to request extra towels which the staff was glad to help us with so we could mop up all the water each time we took a shower. The drain in the shower was sunk in and I almost fell because I didn't realize I was stepping into the drain that essentially was a small hole. We reported all of this to the staff so hopefully it will be handled. The elevators are uneven when it comes to the floors so if you were trying to roll a walker or one of the luggage carts, you have to pick it up to get it across the threshold. The property is old! The breakfast was very good. They even take the time to bake muffins fresh instead of buying frozen ones and thawing. There are hot, eggs, sausage, etc. and there are two types of waffles, which was a plus. I did feel like there was adequate parking however I was there on a Non football weekend so I don't know how it is when it is busy. Overall, we would probably stay here again, even knowing it has some challenges to the property. And I say that simply because the staff was phenomenal.

Regardless of the location, guests deserve a sanitary environment, and this stay fell far below any reasonable standard. I can honestly say that I never intend to stay at this hotel again. You need to do better for your guests. I promise you the CEO or the FCO or the COO. Would never live in this type of condition. Never so why should we pay a monthly fee or weekly fee or daily fee to live in this type of condition? While there are making millions off the guess. I'm living in the fancy homes in mansions. They want us to live like this. Give the hotels a great 5 or fours and walk away. I don't say nothing with this. We need to do better this is ridiculous. This should not be.
