It's obvious a lot of work went into them, the attention to detail is incredibly impressive. I mean they even decorated them in the Vintage fashion to the exact details of the era. Very Impressive. It was definitely a labor of love that went into this place. It's just breathtakingly beautiful in the morning fog & the sunsets are legend from this place. The "Delta" cabin is our fave, we love the back screened in porch. It's a shack, they are all just little shacks, but it's the most adorable shacks EVER. haha. "PLEASE BUILD MORE DELTA CABINS" I can't get reservations for my fave shack!!! LOL There are no tv's or anything it's just a shack, you're basically glamping so bring everything you need, especially bedding if you want to sleep a little more posh. That's what we do. The coolest thing here is the juke joint & blues bar that has live music. You can't even get a room here when the festival is going on. Also, depending on the season, you may catch the Legendary Blues and King Biscuit Blues Festivals. The festivals are a mile away or 25 min walk from this beautiful site. Overall this place is quiet, peaceful, safe and well-lit at night. The rooms are very spacious, and provide a southern charm quite like no other in the Phillips County area. Regardless of the location, guests deserve a sanitary environment, and this stay fell far below any reasonable standard. I can honestly say that I never intend to stay at this hotel again. You need to do better for your guests. I promise you the CEO or the FCO or the COO. Would never live in this type of condition. Never so why should we pay a monthly fee or weekly fee or daily fee to live in this type of condition? While there are making millions off the guess. I'm living in the fancy homes in mansions. They want us to live like this. Give the hotels a great 5 or fours and walk away. I don't say nothing with this. We need to do better this is ridiculous. This should not be.
