Each cheese was labeled with their town of origin so you could see what was local or not and choose that way, if you wished to. I love the fact that they wrap the cheese in real cheese friendly paper (a sort of waxed brown paper) and label it with the name. I've never had a bad cheese from their well curated selection and the resident cheese monger on staff is among the most knowledgeable people on cheese I've ever encountered. Inside is clean and quaint, with tasty breads, meats and cheeses from local farms. And while those are darn good- let's talk about the ice cream. This is the creamiest, most flavorful ice cream I have ever had in my life. No like seriously. This ice cream is small batch and it's AMAZING. I had the chocolate peanut butter egg (their Easter flavor), my husband had coffee, and my son had chocolate. Each was phenomenal in its own way.
