This place is sooooo cute! Service is great Things are expensive lol Balsamic and olive oil is so good! Loved the combo (blood orange olive oil and green apple balsamic vinegar). We ended up getting the chili olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The chili oil has a good kick and soooo good. Also really good with the reg balsamic vinegar. I feel like if we stayed longer and tried more I would've wanted one of each. They sell cute cards and everything they sold was so cute. Tried a cheese and it was also really good. If I'm in the area again I think I'll def buy more. Also got the basil mustard and was surprised by it in a good way. Accidentally got two of the same but I'm sure we'll use it up quickly. Will def buy more if I'm in the area again :)

I first fell in love with Fourchette in Beach Haven, on LBI, this past summer. When it came time to craft the Covid Thanksgiving menu for two, I knew without question that I would make the 30 mile pilgrimage from our home to Clinton, to acquire an assortment of the best cheeses in NJ. Though hubby and I were masked, Brahim greeted us with smiley eyes and recognized us immediately. Customer service at its best. The boutique is well stocked with gifts galore for everyone on your list. It's a one stop shop, truly. From--my favorite--Lafco candles, to artisan cutting boards, cheese boards, olive oils, textiles, and other exquisite one-of-a-kind items. Our Thanksgiving is now complete, and we'll be back in a few weeks when it's time to get ready for Christmas. Happy Holidays. Cheers.

I couldn't say one bad thing about this establishment. You go in once and they remember your name and treat you like Family. The place is gorgeous and clean. The balsamic and olive oil tasters are the best, but dangerous. You end up wanting them all ! The cheese selection is exceptional. Whenever I am hosting I go directly there for my supplies.

Months later and the check-in offer which they do not honor is still up on their page.

Free sample of honey coated pecans, delicious! The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable :-)

My new Culinary School classmate lives near by and took me, along with two other classmates here because of their vinegars and olive oils. We were greeted warmly by, Abrahim, the owner (I believe), who immediately prepared sample combinations of his olive pulls c and vinegars. For example, he vikings combined a rosemary infused olive oil with a white pear balsamic vinegar...Flavor explosions in the mouth! He also did a peach balsamic vinegar with a basil infused olive oil, delicious! There's so much more in the store! Pepper mills, table clothes (from France), gourmet salts, peppers, and other spices. There were the most adorable picnic baskets! Then, there's the cheese! We did a sampling of four different cheeses, each tasting complex, rich, and of high quality. All of his cheeses are imported from Europe with the exception of one made in the US. Throughout a samplings, Abrahim was a gentleman, serving ladies first. He ended our cheese sampling with a decadent chocolate almond. At the end of my fabulous visit, Abrahim gave my classmate and I a free sample of honey roasted pecans! I purchased the rosemary infused olive oil, white pear balsamic vinegar, and some Roquefort blue cheese. This place is pricey ($15 per bottle), but the quality of the products helped me make my purchases guilt free. Fourchette is far from where I live, but I'm come out here again to pay a visit and check out the quaint stores in the area.

You like olive oil? Do you like balsamic vinegar? Do you like cheese? And nifty kitchen gadgets? Then this place is for you! The owners are wonderful, their infused olive oils and vinegars are all winners, they have great small-batch honeys and jams, and the shop smells great. Only reason I don't go more often is that I'd end up spending a lot more money!

Our fourchette cheese, olive oil, and sea salt made for a perfect Saturday night in!

It was founded by husband and wife Tim Balshi and Soraya Aguilar. The couple first began importing olive oil to the United States in 1999, driving between Maine and Virginia in their old Chevrolet. Aguilar grew up on her family's third-generation olive farm in Jaen, Spain. Jaen is located in a region called Andalusia, which produces 80% of Spain's olive oil. The couple decided to found their own brand, Seasons, in 2009. Their mission was to provide customers with healthy, plant-based, all-natural, everyday luxury olive oils and vinegars that empower home cooks and elevate every type of cuisine. Their first brick & mortar storefront and taproom opened in Bethlehem the following year. Following the success of the original location, additional taprooms opened in Lancaster as well as Anapolis (MD). Additional storefronts (without the taproom element) also opened in Hershey, Wayne, and Easton. My family and I visited Seasons Bethlehem over the summer while we were visiting relatives in the area. We were exploring Main Street in Downtown Bethlehem and happened to walk by the storefront. My wife and I love exploring shops that sell gourmet oils and vinegars, so we decided to stop in. They had so many different types of oils and vinegars to try out. In addition to oils and vinegars, they also sell gourmet olives, pastas, syrups, honey, and various types of crackers. We had trouble deciding what to purchase, but finally chose to bring home some Italian Fig Balsamic Vinegar as well as some Honey Hot Sauce. We're so happy to have accidentally discovered Seasons and we hope to return on our next visit to Bethlehem!

I had never been to olive oil and balsamic vinegars tasting before, and I'm glad to have the chance to learn and explore the store through the knowledge of Nancy Smith, the owner. She spoke about olive oils and balsamic vinegars like a sommelier. She taught us how to evaluate and taste olive oil by inhaling and noticing the aroma first, then sipping and savoring it. When the taste of extra virgin olive oil hit all my different tastebuds, I noticed the sharp and peppery taste. It was a bit overwhelming but pleasant surprise, I may say. Nancy was very informative and she encourage us to sample the store selections. P.S: it's advised to try olive oil in blue glass so we the color won't have any influence by the color. Pro Tip: Get the sampler set of your choice. Mix and match balsamic vinegars and olive oils, except truffle oil and pumpkin seed oil. 3 bottles (187ml) for $32.00 and 4 bottles for $42.00. There's just so many options to explore and the owner is so personable. We bought one bottle. Boy did we regret this. We ran out pretty quickly! When we visited a second time this year we bought a couple. Every few nights my husband and I light a candle, chop some bread, mozzarella, dolmas and whip out these tasty oils. Upon our visit, they were actually out of prepackaged chipotle oil so the owner filled a fresh new bottle for us and sealed it right on the spot. Very accommodating!
