Miles at this location just knocked my socks off with GREAT customer service! I was shopping at this location for the "buy 2, get 2 for free" deal on the 4 pack of my favorite beverage. There were only 3 on the shelf. I asked Miles if there were any in back-stock, and he promptly checked for me, but sadly there were none left. Privately I was prepared for the usual "sorry, can't do it" at that point, but he wasn't done helping me yet- So this amazing fellow gets 4 (cold!) individual cans to "make" a four pack, completing the deal and I happily left with what I sought, in a clever roundabout way. Happy not only that your great ad price was honored, but that a younger person totally "gets" what customer service is all about! I'll always visit this location loyally, remembering Miles and his thoughtful service. How many others like him are there, anxious to find out!

All I got was a shrug from the customer service saying "sorry this area is sketchy". She totally blew me off. Came back again to the self service check out person and told her I thought I saw the male outside with my wallet. No offers to review security footage. Nothing. 3 hours later my credit card company has fraudulent charges being tried on Amazon. Thanks for nothing guys. I won't be back and I know you could have done better. Deeply disappointed.

We love Tacoma Boys! Quality meats, fresh produce, unique wines, and so much more…read more Tacoma Boys is a local grocery chain open 24/7 and 365 days a year. As a Vegas girl who was used to having grocery stores open at all hours, I'm so grateful that Tacoma boys has adopted that Vegas vibe. After all, when a girl wants to make a steak at 3am, she's gotta have a place to get one from and that's when Tacoma Boys saves the day! We also love their florals and beautiful plants that can make your porch or backyard the best of the whole block. We will always shop here and we encourage fellow Washingtonians to do the same. You'll be so glad you did!

Out of all fairness not being familiar with the store to find items really wouldn't be fair to deduct stars on. I was in here maybe once or twice and as to be expected in an unfamiliar store you can't find the product you enjoy right away but on the flip side when the arrangement of the store is different you also find things you didn't previously see from your favorite locations. And in the case of Tacoma Boys that really isn't an exception. But however I didn't like the arrangement in a different regard as it seemed like there were a lot of blind corners with the aisles here making possible collisions with other customers a greater likelihood and I am not convinced many people can control their shopping carts any better than controlling their cars. Which brings up the factor of congestion which is noticeably increased due to the mall and various other shops and business around here increasing the traffic volume and congestion a great deal. The Tacoma and Lakewood locations don't have this trouble nearly as much. The two factors mentioned above is what contributes to my star deduction. But still if you are close to this location and you are willing to put up with the volume of traffic then this is still a good grocery store to go to. The quality of the groceries, the produce is excellent and they have a good beer and wine section if that is something you want to explore.

Hello everyone. I'd like to begin with saying that I'm not close to a Winco. The closest one is…read moreabout 30 miles away so you better be decent if I'm going to come to you. That being said, we travel to the Winco in Puyallup about 1-2 times a month. It is that good! Here's why: Hubby & I are disabled. It's important to us that the isles are wide enough for the electric carts & so we're not in the way of others coming through as well. The staff is cheerful, helpful & attentive (for the most part). For us the deli is the hub & Gloria is the best! We order multiple containers of salads & ceviche to take home. In comparison to the other Winco's, they are the BEST hands down! The pea salad is creamy & you can taste every ingredient in it. The bacon, the onion, the peas, the cheese & they meld together so good. In other Winco's, I'm sorry to say, I find them always lacking in something . The ceviche? Omgoodness! The awesome thing about this particular Winco is, they take the time to shred the crab meat. I don't know if that's a big deal for you but for us, we like to get meat in every bite of our crab salads or ceviche. The other Winco's leave big chunks of crab (to each his own) & you either get crab or salad ‍. Today when we went in, they we're out of ceviche. Gloria literally stopped making what she was making & told my hubby to come back in 15 min & she would have the ceviche ready for us. I've had other staff at other Winco's simply tell me they were out. Period. When I inquired if they could make more I was told it was against policy to do that . Thank you Gloria for going above & beyond! I could go on but I think that should cover why this is an exemplary Store. Thank you for listening. I just tell it like it is ...

So as my go to guide I yelped it! And up popped Kusher Bakery. You know I had to go and today we went there. It's an Eastern European bakery, and grocery store with products from multiple Eastern Europe countries. The selections are very good and then there is the bread baked daily except on Sunday. A bonus is the fact all the fresh baked bread can be sliced for you or you can take it home and slice it yourself. Having this service is great. Dark rye, 12-grain, and others that are....... well too many and all looked delicious. There is fresh baked Lavash, soft and delicious and many of the breads were still warm and fresh. The fresh piroshki! Awesome to say the least, Chicken, Cheese, Cabbage, and Apricot were available and hot. Look you can go to the other market on 70th and get very good stuff and pay quite a lot more, or go to Kusher and get a better selection and pay reasonable prices. Yes it is smaller but bigger is not always better and having this small place is a positive. For me Kusher wins hands down. So go, look around and get some awesome stuff.

I had initially drove past and ended up having to do a u-turn from the adjacent Dawn site. I was happy to get a parking spot close to the entrance, great timing! I was looking forward to checking out this popular market, bakery, and cafe. I ended up wandering along most of the aisles and peered at various displays, bins, and speed carts. It is a bit cramped even with a smaller shopping cart. Add in other shoppers and workers doing restocking concurrently, just exercise caution maneuvering throughout the market. I have shopped at various Eastern European, Ukrainian, and Russian markets located in Everett, Lynnwood, Shoreline, North Seattle, and Tacoma/Parkland. So I had a baseline of what to expect. It had a decent variety that was comparable to other sites. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available for onsite dining. The freshly baked goods, like danishes, croissants, danishes, and breads were arranged on various speed carts. Larger sized and at great value. I was able to snag a large loaf of Ukrainian bread after the initial swarm of folks pounced on the speed carts. I just jumped in, donned a clean food safe glove, and placed a loaf into a bread bag. There are also desserts that grab your attention in the cafe area. It's a bit chaotic with folks wanting cakes from the refrigerated cases and other items from the pastry case. The featured fruit desserts and ginormous filled croissants are a bit pricey though. Despite it being past the lunch rush, I passed on any cafe items and made my way to the checkout area. It was a good haul!
