I've been eagerly waiting for this location to be open for months. We have Korean grocery stores, Mexican grocery stores in the area, good to see our first Indian grocery store. It is a fairly small store, they have cold area for drinks and milk/yogurt, frozen area for frozen items, and shelves filled with snacks, dry goods, spices and heat and eat meals/dishes, they also have a small area of produce They also have a side room with Indian pots and pans. The only thing I wish they had was a deli, but they said that might be in the plans for the future. They are a welcome addition to our community. However, I do not see any vegetables options and I noticed a bit overpriced compare to Kent, Bellevue. may be next time will attach vegetable receipts to compare prices. if you do not have time to go Kent/Bellevue then this is the only option to find some Indian Vegetable/Groceries. read more

I'm so excited about this store. This isn't a spice store, it's a grocery store with fresh veggies, frozen foods, pots and dishes. All from Indian or similar styles. Finally! An Indian grocery store in the Tacoma / Puyallup area. this place had everything I could want. Good selection of produce, dried goods, frozen and refrigerated items. Had everything I was looking for, was extremely clean and they even had a large selection of puja items. Reasonable price. The gentlemen working were very friendly. I have gone here a few times with my sister and we loved looking at everything they have! Very affordable prices and they usually arent busy with many customers. They have mithai/sweets up front by the register and all of it is so good I recommend buying some. They even put it in a fancy box for you. They have both grocery and puja items. They always have at least one worker out on the floor who can assist with those who don't speak Hindi/Punjabi/Urdu and are super kind! Though the employees do tend to stare as you're finding the items you're getting though which can be slightly awkward. Even though its a 30 minute drive for me to get to the store, I always love going there. read more

At last: my beloved lime pickle comes to Puyallup! I'm so happy they've opened this store. Went in today and the staff was very kind. I personally thanked the owner. He asked me if there were things I thought he should add to the shelves. How courteous! They have frozen items like garlic naan and also quick meals in a box. The variety is excellent. Over the last five years I've been stuck driving all the way to Kent for simple things like yellow dhal and garam masala. I'll be coming back often, as we cook Indian at least weekly. read more
