The actual day water access wasn't shallow enough for motor boats, only kayaks. There was actually probably 50-60 people at that beach, but no rentals/food/etc.. just a peaceful mountain lake. Lots of toads!!! We went mid-September. BEAUTIFUL drive from Kent, WA into the mountains. The journey is half the experience!

It was a busy Friday afternoon in July, and while the shop was swamped with boats, Curt took the time to run the engine and check it over. While the specific issue we had encountered remained elusive, the boat ran perfectly the rest of our vacation up at Crescent Bar. Rental was beat up, but thats understandable for rentals. Then came time to return the return. I…read morerented a jetski for 4 hours. They don't sell gas so I had to fill across the lake. Between filling up at the gas station and getting back to the rental dock the gas gage had gone from full to 3/4. The kid checking me in called up to his manager who told him they said they could charge me (extra inflated marina prices for 1/4 of the tank) or I could fill it myself back at the gas dock. So I went back, spending almost 45 minutes to "fill" for less than two gallons of gas. I will never rent from them again.

We had a great experience with Rich and Columbia Jetskis. It was the first time we'd ever done…read moresomething like this. We had our extended family of four adults and three young kids. We rented the party barge for 4 hours of fun on the Columbia River, departing from Crescent Bar (which was beautiful!) The party barge was spacious and provided (optional) shade (it was during the July record heatwave of 2021). We packed a lunch and had a great time. The boat was clean and easy to drive. Plenty of speed when needed. We pulled off at the sand bar and had lunch, which was a nice break. Rich & his wife were so helpful and had such a great attitude. They were patient and got us all outfitted with the right size life jackets. He probably wouldn't want me to share this, but as he was helping us tie up the boat at the dock at the end of our time, I think we kept him on his toes and he ended up in the river. He climbed back up on the dock with a big smile on his face. It made our day. He was such a happy guy. I totally recommend Columbia Jetskis. Thanks for everything, Rich!
