So, I did, but every time I did I got the same error message. Then, about 5 minutes later all of the time slots that I had chosen were "accepted" and I got about 10 emails and text messages saying that my appointment was confirmed. I'm not sure if I ever did have an actual appointment but I went to this location anyways since I had to get a screening done before a certain day. When I went I wasn't able to ask anyone what was happening with their online system since you are only able to check in at a kiosk and there is no person working at the desk. After the time had passed that my appointment was for I tried asking someone working there what was going on (as they were walking another patient out) but they said to just wait. Eventually, I was able to be seen even though they claimed that I had never made an appointment even though I got a verifying text message and the kiosk even scanned my ID. When I was finally seen it was very rushed and I could barely understand what was going on and what I was supposed to do since the woman helping me was talking so fast. Overall, would highly recommend not going here if you can help it, although I've heard the Park Ridge, Peterson Ave and Milwaukee Ave locations are not much better.

Three or four years ago, I received Luxembourg citizenship. I was in the process of applying for a…read moreLuxembourg passport, which required a trip to the Embassy in Washington DC. So, a week before, I came into the Moto Photo in Glenview to get a European passport photo. The Embassy had sent me instructions on getting the photo taken, which I brought with me. I showed the owner, John, the instructions and he said, "Those aren't right. It's cutting off the top of your head." But I was stubborn and insisted he take the photos per the instructions. He did, of course. When I came back to pick up my photos, John gave me a second set based on what he knew to be right. "There's no charge. But you might need them." A few days later I'm at the Luxembourg Embassy in Washington DC, filling out my passport application. I hand my passport photos to the woman behind the desk. "Oh dear," she said. "These are incorrect. The top of your head cannot be cut off." Fortunately, I had John's second set with me. I showed them to the woman. "Ah yes!" she exclaimed. "These are perfect!" I was clipped head top away from not getting my passport and wasting my trip to DC. A lot of other photo places might have said, "That knucklehead is wrong. But he insisted." And just give me the incorrect photos. But John saved me from my ignorance and gave me what he knew was right. This is one Luxembourg citizen and passport holder who is now a Moto Photo Glenview fan for life.

John is helpful and lovely and I got what I needed quickly. glad there's still a Moto around!read more

When we left the massage parlor we had to get to the other side of a busy highway by going up the stairs, crossing an overhead walkway & down the stairs on the other side of the road. When I took the first step down my left knee popped & pain shot through my leg (so much for an awesome massage). Anyway my knee has been in an up and down cycle. Lately it has been bothering me & creating enough pain to want to go see an orthopedic doctor. I called up Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI) After talking to my nephew (who use to work for IBJI in Gurnee I called IBJI @ 9am. Amazing I had an appointment @ 10am. This IBJI is located @ 9000 Waukegan Road where ABT use to be located. I scheduled an appointment w/Dr Raab an orthopedic surgeon. Kelly his Nurse Practitioner came in and assessed the situation. They took me in to get an X-ray of my knee & brought me back to the exam room. After waiting for a while Dr Rabb came in examined my leg. After examining my leg he noticed swelling on the knee but and told me there was liquid on my knee joint. He then proceeded to extract the liquid & give me a shot of cortisone which greatly reduced the swelling & pain. I was told to get a knee compression sock which really helps to further stabilize my knee. Both Dr Raab & Kelly were very friendly & personable making the visit more enjoyable. The best part is Dr Raab didn't feel that I needed to have knee surgery yet.

We contacted Good Shepherd Hospital (Barrington, IL) at +1 (847) 842-4460, who informed us that Upright MRI should directly request the results. 3. Immediately after, we called Upright MRI of Deerfield at +1 (847) 291-9321. I spoke with a staff member who confirmed she would email Good Shepherd to request the labs. The attached screenshots show the call timestamps and the text confirmation from Upright MRI's number verifying our communication. 4. Based on that assurance, we believed all pre-appointment requirements were met. On October 13, 2025, upon arrival for the MRI, the staff displayed unprofessional behavior. Without asking for identifying information, one staff member bluntly asked, "Did you do blood work within six weeks?" and stated that Upright MRI "does not and cannot request labs," directly contradicting the earlier conversation and text message confirmation. The front desk was also helpful. I never heard of these machines before, but there should be more of them.
