Staff is incompetent and they don't know how to help anyone who has medical needs. This place is a joke to say the least. My insurance company will be called and a complaint will be filed. OSHA will be called as well. Glen the owner of the company only comes to the houses to go through the clients private journals. Not to mention that Christina smokes Dope in the bathroom at night and Fraternities with the clients. This place is such a negative rehab and that's why their Relapse Numbers are so high. They find any excuse for clients not to leave the house for what is part of the "Programming". Anything you do is cause for termination of your rehabilitation. I decided to check out Sam's club Optometry since I got one year free membership. Dr. Catherine Tuong, Optometrist in Sam's Club was the cheapest at $65 and same day appointment. The wait wasn't that long even though there was 2 people ahead of me. Dr. Tuong was very friendly and answered any questions I had. The eye exam didn't take really long. After the eye exam was done, she wrote my prescription so I can take it elsewhere since there glass area is currently closed. Overall, I had a great experience.

There appears to be a pattern of poor communication, repeated scheduling issues, and a lack of accountability when concerns are raised.
