Divorce, it is difficult to say the least (one of the most difficult things to go through) but you need a team to help you through the process. Katherine Kraus is not like other attorneys where they want to get involved in every little detail. Her and her team want to make it as easy and affordable for you as possible. Some attorneys try to have you use them for every little thing possible, not with Katherine. She was very easy to work with and she streamlined everything with my divorce. These are my points as to why I feel this firm is as legit as they come..... 1. They don't nickel and dime you. Most people will blow their retainer before you even get to the table to discuss allocations between you and your ex. Not the case with this law firm. She streamlined the process for me from the get go and came up with a plan as where my ex's attorneys looked for everything possible to be involved in the divorce. 2. Responsive, they get back to you asap with any questions, you won't be waiting long for an answer to any questions you have. 3. The paralegal team is amazing, I will say "KC" is the most responsive person I have worked with. I do work professionally with the legal system and her paralegal team is by far the best out there. I was able to work directly with my ex on a lot of aspects of my divorce and they were there to support me in this process and only got involved when I needed them. Most attorneys want to be involved with everything which will cost you an arm and a leg. My advice, retain your attorney, let the dust settle, and come up with a plan, don't let emotions (I know this is easier said than done) do the legal work for you. I highly recommend Katherine Kraus and her legal team. Don't retain an attorney to nickel and dime you, get a team to support you and this is the team.
