Law Office of Katherine Kraus, PLLC…read more I wanted to share my experience using the Law Office of Katherine Kraus. Divorce, it is difficult to say the least (one of the most difficult things to go through) but you need a team to help you through the process. Katherine Kraus is not like other attorneys where they want to get involved in every little detail. Her and her team want to make it as easy and affordable for you as possible. Some attorneys try to have you use them for every little thing possible, not with Katherine. She was very easy to work with and she streamlined everything with my divorce. These are my points as to why I feel this firm is as legit as they come..... 1. They don't nickel and dime you. Most people will blow their retainer before you even get to the table to discuss allocations between you and your ex. Not the case with this law firm. She streamlined the process for me from the get go and came up with a plan as where my ex's attorneys looked for everything possible to be involved in the divorce. 2. Responsive, they get back to you asap with any questions, you won't be waiting long for an answer to any questions you have. 3. The paralegal team is amazing, I will say "KC" is the most responsive person I have worked with. I do work professionally with the legal system and her paralegal team is by far the best out there. This is key when retaining an attorney, most people overlook this. "KC" handled most my matters instead of having to get the attorneys involved. This is key because it will save you money in the long run. If you have a great paralegal team, they can handle most your matters. 4. I never felt any financial pressure from this firm, they worked with me instead of me working for them. 5. When you need an attorney to get involved in a situation with the divorce, Katherine is there, no questions asked. I couldn't be happier with her and how she got back to me on the different aspects of the divorce. Divorce is tough (very difficult) but you need a team to be in your corner. They won't bleed you out of money and they make clear and logical decisions. They have the best paralegal team out there. I had my trust in this firm from the beginning and I have had nothing but positive things to say throughout the whole process. I was able to work directly with my ex on a lot of aspects of my divorce and they were there to support me in this process and only got involved when I needed them. Most attorneys want to be involved with everything which will cost you an arm and a leg. My advice, retain your attorney, let the dust settle, and come up with a plan, don't let emotions (I know this is easier said than done) do the legal work for you. I highly recommend Katherine Kraus and her legal team. Don't retain an attorney to nickel and dime you, get a team to support you and this is the team.

Major rip off !!! I will never use them ever again…read more Trying to make me pay for another form, which I should've gotten in the first place. Instead of the ones she recommended.. I told the lady I was selling my car basically to the car, cash people companies. I needed to get a title from California because I did not have the original So she sold me a title transfer and said that's what you need she charged me $25 for the fee Well, come to find out I needed a title of salvage so I went back in there to see if I can get this exchange because it was the wrong document They want to charge me another $35 I said, but you gave me the wrong one. It's just a piece of paper that they copy and notarize. Just as easy as transferring it over and they can be a title of salvage but instead they wanted to try to rip me off for more money Which is appalling. I will never use them again and I'm also going to file a complaint with the DMV about them. Crappy business practices
