I went to Emilia's office a couple of months ago to start my I130 case, and she charged me $125 for the first consultation, and then she added those $125 to my actual invoice for the I130, so technically I saved $125 on the application. She is a great lawyer and Nina, her paralegal is also very helpful. I tried some lawyers before and they wanted to charge me a heck load of money for the application.
