The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. One of my favorite features is the automatic self-latching locks that engage every time the gate closes. As a parent, having that extra layer of safety around our pool gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing our kids are protected. The installation team worked incredibly hard and completed the entire project in just one day. It was a big job, but they made it happen without cutting corners. Leo was one of the installers, and he was professional, hardworking, and great to work with. The entire crew did an amazing job. If you're looking for quality work, excellent communication, and a company that delivers exactly what they promise, I highly recommend Victor and his team!

We had a situation (potentially unsafe) with our garage so we called recently. Since we were a new customer, they required the first payment with a company credit card. They were here for almost two plus hours. It turns out that there were more issues with our commercial roll-down garage door. They did what they could, but told me that other issues needed to be addressed (the previous company installed the wrong size parts on it). I was contacted by the Service Manager. When he gets back, we will get this scheduled as we don't want to have anything happen to our garage door.

After seeing a neighbor having a cage built around their electric panel from Art In Iron, I decided…read moreto give them a call and get an estimate on building something similar, but not as imposing looking. There were a couple of negative Yelp reviews that caught my attention, however, my neighbor was happy with their project and wholeheartedly recommended them. I reached out to get an appointment and met with Hugo who worked with me on my design. This design still allowed Nevada Power access to the meter while protecting the poorly designed electrical panel locking system. As you can see in the photo, the original panel had a flimsy plastic door protecting the main switch which can easily be pried off. This new lock allows better protection from thieves attempting to shut the power down. Hugo was easy to reach via text during the process and I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to friends and family.

What really impressed me was that he followed up afterward to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work.

As most home owners I am very capable of doing minor repairs around the home. However a word of caution if you plan on working on your garage door. The spring mechanism can be very dangerous and if you have issues related to that you must hire a professional to avoid injury. Anthony was the representative who came to my home to do the repairs. He was on time and upon arrival listened to my concerns and proceeded to present solutions to my problems. After a thorough inspection he took the time to explain all facets of the repair in laymen's terms. The work and product were exceptional. Thank you for a job well done a a reasonable cost.

I had my 16-foot garage door serviced on March 31, 2023. I specifically requested that the door be…read morebalanced and the springs replaced. The work included two springs, bearing plates, and bearings, and the total was nearly $450. Just over three years later, after only a few thousand cycles at most, the door is wildly out of balance again. With the opener disconnected, I used an equipment scale and measured approximately 35 pounds of lifting force at the bottom of travel and 21 pounds at the halfway point. The door is now as badly balanced as it was before the repair, possibly worse. I knew at the time that nearly $450 was not a bargain, but I was already in the middle of epoxying my garage and wanted the job completed. I would have let the experience go had the repair held up. Instead, I am now dealing with the same problem again after what I consider a very short service life for replacement springs. What finally set me off and sent me to Yelp was my girlfriend's abused garage door. She uses it far more often than I use mine, has never had the springs serviced, and yet it is perfectly balanced. After finding my receipt, I also saw that the warranty was only one year on both parts and labor. In hindsight, I should have treated that as a red flag. A spring and balance repair at this price should last substantially longer than this under ordinary residential use. I am extremely disappointed by both the value and the apparent quality of the work. I regret paying a premium price for a repair that did not provide a durable result. I am leaving a two-star review because the technician was personable and pleasant, even though the work did not hold up.
