This is my second experience with Toni's garage doors and I can tell you I was not disappointed. From my initial contact when I made my appointment the company reps were professional. As most home owners I am very capable of doing minor repairs around the home. However a word of caution if you plan on working on your garage door. The spring mechanism can be very dangerous and if you have issues related to that you must hire a professional to avoid injury. Anthony was the representative who came to my home to do the repairs. He was on time and upon arrival listened to my concerns and proceeded to present solutions to my problems. After a thorough inspection he took the time to explain all facets of the repair in laymen's terms. The work and product were exceptional. Thank you for a job well done a a reasonable cost. read more

I had my 16-foot garage door serviced on March 31, 2023. I specifically requested that the door be balanced and the springs replaced. The work included two springs, bearing plates, and bearings, and the total was nearly $450. Just over three years later, after only a few thousand cycles at most, the door is wildly out of balance again. With the opener disconnected, I used an equipment scale and measured approximately 35 pounds of lifting force at the bottom of travel and 21 pounds at the halfway point. The door is now as badly balanced as it was before the repair, possibly worse. I knew at the time that nearly $450 was not a bargain, but I was already in the middle of epoxying my garage and wanted the job completed. I would have let the experience go had the repair held up. Instead, I am now dealing with the same problem again after what I consider a very short service life for replacement springs. What finally set me off and sent me to Yelp was my girlfriend's abused garage door. She uses it far more often than I use mine, has never had the springs serviced, and yet it is perfectly balanced. After finding my receipt, I also saw that the warranty was only one year on both parts and labor. In hindsight, I should have treated that as a red flag. A spring and balance repair at this price should last substantially longer than this under ordinary residential use. I am extremely disappointed by both the value and the apparent quality of the work. I regret paying a premium price for a repair that did not provide a durable result. I am leaving a two-star review because the technician was personable and pleasant, even though the work did not hold up. read more

UPDATE: So within the 6 months since I had Toni's Garage Doors replace my springs, I've called them twice for help. Once was because the sensor wasn't working. The gentleman walked me through over the phone on how to adjust it and it worked perfectly. The second time I called, a technician came out to take a look at my garage opener. He gave me his opinion and suggested some options for me to think about. Both times, they didn't charge me. I'm very appreciative of that. I feel this company have people who really knows their business and genuinely loves what they do and they do it honestly. read more

They provide wonderful service and their estimates are reasonable. Their customer service is wonderful.

Excellent service and communication. I was able to get a quote to replace my 16x7 garage door same day that was accurate and reasonable. Installation happened the next day with no issues. Very happy with my new garage door and the service I was provided. read more

I sent a yelp message to Tonis garage door (and 4 other vendors). They replied within a few minutes on a Saturday night with what turned out to be the most reasonable quote. The technician was at our home the next morning at 11AM within the 9-12 appointment time. We had a broken garage door spring and he took the time to walk through the 4 different springs he had on his truck ranging from 1 year warranty 5 year to 10 year to lifetime warranty. I appreciated his knowledge and the options presented to us. I chose the least expensive 1 Yr. and technician did not argue, just got to work installing. read more

Price and service were beyond expectations. The installer Zion was a true professional. I highly recommend Toni's Garage Doors.

Fast and Friendly quality work! would call them for any garage door work in the future!

Toni's garage doors, specifically Zion ,did grade business! he was polite, respectful, knowledgeable, organized, and reasonably priced, considering he gave me a couple of options and was in and out in a very timely manner with very professional work. Thank you Zion. I will refer you guys and I will be back soon. read more

I ran into the garage door like a dumb dumb. Called them and they were able to send someone in 30 minutes. Anthony told me what he could try to do but couldn't guarantee it would work for long. He explained in detail the issues. I asked for different quotes if we had to replace the doors. He was knowledgeable, polite, and completely professional. I asked for a bunch of different quote options and he was very patient and said no problem. I was already feeling rotten for running into the doors myself and he was super nice and said things just happen and not to feel bad. He got it to work manually and made adjustments for it to lock manually but it was too bent to use the motor as the wheel kept popping out of the tracks. I will definitely be using them to replace the doors as the quote was reasonable but this review needed to be written now. I'll update the review if needed after the doors are replaced but so far it was a 5 star experience with Anthony. read more

Quick reply and quick repair.! This is a good company to go with if you're looking to repair your garage door.

We needed emergency repairs and they were quick to help within the day. Anthony gave us options on what to do, and was able to fix our garage door. I asked him what would be good for the future and he provided helpful answers. The prices felt really generous too. These are great guys, would request their services again if needed! read more

After our garage door failed to open, I immediately inquired with multiple companies listed on Yelp for an appointment and quote. Toni immediately replied with questions regarding the situation and set up an appointment for the following morning. She was super friendly, helpful, and professional during all conversations via telephone and Yelp! The technician, Josh, arrived promptly the following morning and gave a courtesy call to let us know that he was on the way. After indpecting the garage door, he notified us that the entire door had to be replaced due to visible damage on the door and issues with the spring. Since he was already booked out for the day, we made an appointment for the next available date. Doug and Josh both arrived for the following appointment and worked their magic. Within an hour or two, we had a brand new garage door! Both Doug and Josh were also a pleasure to work with and super professional as well :) The pricing is very reasonable when compared to other companies and everyone we worked with were efficient, honest, and friendly. I would highly recommend reaching out if you need maintenance or repairs on your garage door! read more

Ladies, here's your chance! If you are feeling a bit disrespected by the politics of the day, here's one way to support your sisters. Toni's Garage Doors is a woman-owned business. Check out their ratings ... they are outstanding! Men, you also will be happy with the professionalism and quality of work by this company. There's nothing worse than being late for work and finding that you are stuck in your garage because the door won't open. I called Toni's and Anthony immediately came to the rescue. He replaced the torsion springs in less than an hour. If you need a new garage door or any type of repair, call Toni's. The response is quick, on time, and reasonably priced. I requested a garage door tune-up based on a Facebook ad. Scheduling was easy. The service was disappointing. The technician didn't service the door, didn't lubricate the rollers. Just a long pitch on buying new parts. I know it's 20 years old, that is why I service it regularly to extend the life. Truly disappointed read more

Very responsive and upfront. Will be using his service very soon for balancing garage door.

I had programmed a couple of remotes and the next day my door opened twice without me doing it. After the 2nd time, I contacted Toni's around 12:30 in the afternoon. Luckily, since I was heading out of town the next morning, they were able to schedule me at 3PM. Zion arrived and his personality was like we were long time friends. He explained what probably happened was a neighbor activated their garage door as I was programming my remotes and theirs grabbed me code too. So when they hit their remote it opened mine. In talking to him it was decided that at 20 years, it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to replace me. He explained the features of the three units he had and I went with the middle one. He said that was a good choice for my needs once I decided. I also had him replace the rollers and the spring. At no time did he try to upsell or pressure me into buying anything. He did recommend the rollers but the spring I brought up and in talking with him, I felt since he was here now was the time. He went over with me on using the app and made sure everything was fine before he cleaned up and left. I am very pleased with everything and have already recommended Toni's to another friend. read more

Toni's garage door repair response quickly and got the job done replacing my broken garage door spring. The only reason I gave them a 4 star, they ar a little pricey and the technician left dirty fingerprints on the outside of the garage door. I will add that Toni's did call me and offer to clean up the fingerprints. (I had already cleaned them up). read more

Expertise, professionalism and follow-through are just a few words I can about Toni's Garage Door. First, when I first called their main office there is always someone to answer the phone and to help book any estimates and appointments. When I first made an appointment for an estimate the technician was on time and was able to give me a quote. The job was for a new customer provided garage door opener to be installed. I had other quotes and Toni's Garage Door came in the most competitive in their pricing. The technician that came was Jason Patterson, he was knowledgeable and professional. The day of my appointment they came right as scheduled. Jason is really helpful and really knows his garage doors and garage door openers. He was able to tell me a lot about the garage door I had (since I live in a newer build home) and quality issues around builders/developers where they obviously cut corners. I never felt rushed when I was asking him questions of the about the install and he was always glad to answer my questions. In addition to installing the new garage door opener I purchased, Jason was able to order and install a one-piece extension rod that was needed for this install during the day of my installation, in fact Toni's Garage Door was the one company that was willing to order and install the one piece extension rod for my customer provided garage door opener unit when other companies I spoke with didn't provide me with that option. I am so glad I went with Toni's Garage Door, they are absolutely professional, prompt and they care about their customers. They provide up-front quote pricing so I never ended up with a surprise. This is the type of company I like calling back and referring other people too. Thank you. read more

Like I stated Tony H, months ago a great a experience except your SALES PERSON LIED to me on 2 occasions. Stated HE would get back to me. Kappy came out and completed the work as promised and Issac is awesome as well! I am an engineer, and compressed springs terrify the crap out me. When my garage door spring broke, I knew I needed a pro. The service technician was on time, professional, worked safely, and was great with my giant dogs (who insisted on making friends the overly invasive way). He executed the repair perfectly and in a timely manner. He identified and repaired the door's broken bearings. He also informed me of an upcoming repair to replace the rollers, which I chose to delay. 100% recommend. read more

Someone had recommended another garage company to me as I was in need of one. They long story short never showed up and had zero communication at all. So I popped on here to do a search, and found this magical company. Not only did the person call and show up when he said he would, he couldn't have been nicer. The star trek shirt he was wearing was an added bonus too. He identified the issue pretty quickly, gave a pretty good quote to fix it and said he could right then. It was so fast, he was lovely and now my garage door works again. I highly recommend them! It's so hard to find reliable contractors who actually do what they're supposed to, especially actually show up. read more

I needed immediate service on my garage door after the lifter was not opening all the way. They were able to schedule an appointment for Saturday and I was even informed that it was their day off. Nevertheless, they were able to come by the house, inspect, diagnose, repair, and improve my garage door in under an hour. Not only did they update and replace all of my door hardware, the upgrade came with a 10-year warranty. I am very grateful for the expedited customer service and how friendly the service technician was. I look forward to being a repeat customer of Toni's in the years to come! read more

After previously having work done on our double garage door by another not so reliable company (they repaired our door as if it was a single door), we were very pleased with Toni's Garage Service. They responded quickly, gave an honest estimate with different options and were very transparent about all costs involved. They springs were replaced that same day so we would be able to go in and out until the new door was ready to be installed only a few days later. Both technicians were on time and professional and answered all of our questions. If we ever need garage door maintenance in the future (which I doubt because they were excellent), these are our go to guys! read more

The spring in my garage broke. I went on Yelp and asked for quotes. The owners of Toni's Garage Doors replied quickly and with the best price. This is a new company but their installer, Doug has been doing garage doors for 30 years. I watched him work and he is a magician. Not only that, Doug is a straight shooter. He is honest and didn't pressure me into any decisions. At the end of the day he replaced both springs, berrings, and those wheel things that go on the side tracks. My garage door is so quiet now and the total price was far less than the competitors. Hopefully I won't need to contact them again but if I do I am definitely going with Toni's Garage Doors. read more

The garage door opener unit I have in my garage pretty much gave out. It still works, but it the garage door opener itself was ancient. It was the same one that installed when the house was built. I had the guys of Toni's garage update the rollers as well. By the time they were done with my garage doors, it was so quiet like it's never been. My cars are loud enough, the garage does not need to be told, too! I'd use them again when I upgrade the door panels and opener changed to a jack shaft opener. Thank you! read more

Thank you, David, for fixing our garage door so quickly and efficiently. He was extremely professional, punctual, friendly and easy to work with. I used Toni's several months back to fix my small garage door and they were so great to work with that they were my first call when my other garage door needed repair. I got lucky when I asked for help from these guys. It was late in the afternoon, and I had just sent away a heavy advertiser ("A-1") who was not willing to do the simple job (spring replacement) for a typical rate ($300). Nor, for that matter to give me a counteroffer. Partly chance, no doubt, that the Tonis technician had just finished a job on my side of town, and was able to arrive at my house within less than 30 minutes after I first posted the Yelp request. One can't count on that happening very often. But I think I could count on Tonis to do the job for the amount guesstimated over the phone. And to do it right. And to do it smoothly and without any whining. I'm VERY happy I called them. read more

Garage door cable snapped last night and I was unable to open/close it. Requested quotes from several different companies. Toni's is one of the easiest and most professional companies I've worked with. They completed the job with ease, and provided excellent customer service. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful and required very little from me. I was able to get the door I wanted and was provided great recommendations and educated as to why there were the better choices for my current needs. The doors and openers have worked flawlessly since installation and both were setup with openers and added to my phone. Everything was installed with safety and security in mind and was done in a very timely manner. I am speechless! Toni's Garage Doors are from another world. I inquired to a garage door company on Yelp and it lets you send a message to 5 companies at the same time.
