I thought that was a good concept, he showed up on time, had samples and complete explanation of process and my options. I needed an insert for a side light next to my door which already had a glass insert. He left me with a signed contract but the next day I sent him an email that I had changed my mind and didn't want to save time and money with just a textured glass insert-I wanted the insert to match the design on the door. When I made the appt. I made it very clear I AM NOT A MORNING PERSON!! My landline is off the hook while I'm sleeping and my cell phone is on vibrate but would a message or text. He took a "rough" measurement and said I would get a call from someone at his office to schedule one of his workers to come back and get an exact measurement. Then I sent him an email and he said it was rejected, I had added him to my contacts so I had no idea why it was rejected. But whatever, the texts came into my cell phone. Then he told me his lady was having a problem reaching me to set the appt. for guy to come and measure--I REMINDED HIM THAT LAND LINE WAS OFF THE HOOK IN THE MORNING AND USE THE CELL # She finally did and I wanted an afternoon appt. and she wanted 11 A.M....I agreed since it would take 2-3 MONTHS for custom design and I was anxious to get the process started. So I told the woman I was not a morning person and would probably be in my bathrobe!! AT 10:30 A.M. my cell rang and the man was OUTSIDE MY HOUSE!! I told him I had to get my hearing aids in, turn off the alarm and get my bathrobe....guess I wasn't moving fast enough (I'm 83 yo and handicapped)--the guy starts leaning on my doorbell! Did he think that would speed up the process?? So I opened the door and pointed to the the place for the insert - he took out a tape measure and didn't even remove the old insert so these measurements certainly weren't EXACT. He then just walked out the door-by now I was a bit more awake and called out to him to ask a question....rather than walk up the driveway to come back he took a short cut thru my LANDSCAPING.!! So I sent another email to Grayson and told him this man had not honored the time of the appt., had been rude and disrespected me and my property and I did not want him back at my house--NO RESPONSE!! HE THEN SAID TO AVOID A CHARGE TO USE A CREDIT CARD I WOULD HAVE TO PAY HIM $800 IN CASH!! Insert measurements were 22 x 58 inches. This eliminates any safety factor of filing a dispute if work not done properly. So I sent him another email and text and said there was no contract left under my mat, no communication and should I just consider the order cancelled!?!? He called my cell and said there were too many problems dealing with me and I should look elsewhere. So he wasted my time and the order was suppose to be started while I was traveling to my granddaughter's graduation. Now I have to start all over again. So while company is family owned and operated I have to wonder about the professional conduct of this family. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU NOT DEAL WITH THIS FAMILY OR COMPANY!! I have been trying to locate materials to fix this myself and it was tiring because there aren't any local manufacturers of this type of fencing (PVC/vinyl). All-Star Fence said "No problem." They let me know ahead of time it would take about 4 weeks or so to get the materials. Then once the materials were in, all I had to do was schedule them to come out. They were fast!! I am beyond thrilled! If you live in Vegas, and you have PVC/vinyl fencing check them out!!!
