I have been trying to locate materials to fix this myself and it was tiring because there aren't any local manufacturers of this type of fencing (PVC/vinyl). All-Star Fence said "No problem." They let me know ahead of time it would take about 4 weeks or so to get the materials. Then once the materials were in, all I had to do was schedule them to come out. They were fast!!
