These days contractors won't even call you back much less answer the phone. Keoni and family respected me as a potential client, who then turned into an actual client just by that simple action. I was interested in installing a vinyl fence and he called me back in about a half hour, listened to what I needed, came out to look at the property and gave a quote a few days later. It's a very big job and expensive for me as a disabled Veteran, and again, with respect to that, he worked with me on chopping it up into smaller jobs to be done at my pace. The first part of the project came out great! Their attention to detail was appreciated as they kept adjusting the doors until they were perfect and cleaned up the job site like they were never there.
I also love the fact that they are a small business and communicate with you regularly about time and cost factors. Are they a little more expensive than the "big companies"....well of course...they are just starting, but the price is worth it because you get the customer service that those "big companies" forgot about because they think you will sacrifice respect for that almighty dollar. I would rather be a client, which is how 702 Fence treats you, rather than just a job number that bigger companies see you as, where you have to wait forever to get that "cheaper" job done.
