I will never recommend this place, not even to my worst enemy. Arrived and was put on a list to get a table. After several other parties arrived and asked to be put on the list, they were seated well before us. I decided not to eat any food because if they can't follow a list to sit people correctly than they probably can't cook food properly either. Place is cramped but cozy. I won't be back. Pancakes looked like shit. Paper thin.... and syrup seemed very water as people used it.

You know you're close when your phone goes into SOS mode and you fully commit to pancakes & maple syrup as a survival plan! I learned something new on this visit. We were initially shown to a table, but since only 3 of our 4 party members had arrived, we were asked to return to the lobby until everyone was present. The server assured us that once our fourth arrived, we'd be seated with the next available table, and that's exactly what happened. It gave us a few extra moments to watch pancakes methodically and continuously be poured, flipped and served from the griddle. We had the chance to sit in the original dining room, which features beautiful hand-painted murals. The booth cushions are well worn from years of use, adding to the charm and nostalgia of the space. The room itself felt bright, warm, and inviting. Service from Michelle was prompt and friendly, even with the steady pace of the restaurant. We ordered three AYCE pancake and sausage plates, coffees, a kids' pancake, and a maple milkshake. Pro tip: skip sugar and add maple syrup to your coffee. Trust me! Whether you're visiting with a few family members or bringing a large group, the Maple Tree Inn is a place full of memories, tradition, and perfectly maple-infused breakfasts. Remember to bring along cash or a check since digital payment is not an option. And mark your calendar for next season because they are only open for 2 months each year between February through April, while the sap is flowing. Looking forward to their 65th season next year in 2027!

As soon as we picked them up, the tops fell off completely, resulting in a huge mess. We ended up covered in ice cream, with it splattered all over our clothes, our car, and the ground Yes, it was kind of funny in a "you have to laugh or you'll cry" way, but as a customer, it was an absolute disaster. We didn't even get to enjoy what we ordered because we were too busy cleaning it off ourselves and everything around us. The product itself might have been good, but it was impossible to enjoy because of how poorly it was assembled and handed off. For a place selling takeout desserts, basic things like lid security and portion control really matter. I hope this was just a one-time oversight. Please take more care with how orders are packed and presented. Customers should be able to carry their ice cream without a disaster.
