I had a cheesesteak with tater tots and my wife had the tomato mozzarella pesto panini with curly fries. The cheesesteak was not chopped and had only a tiny bit of provolone cheese but the tots were crispy. My wife's panini was a grilled cheese and very underwhelming - one side was burnt and inedible and the curly fries were unseasoned and cold. It's a cute space though built in 2 real train cabooses. There are picnic tables for seating and putt putt if you want more fun.

She recommended Smiles to us and we were not disappointed. The name says it all. Smiles sundaes offers a TON of sundae and cobblers and cream options among other things. The toppings inside were endless and fun to check out. My significant other tried the peanut butter cup crunch without whipped cream. He said it was delicious with tons of wonderful peanut buttery delightfulness. In case you were wondering that is in fact a direct quote, haha. Sundaes are not my favorite and I was a bit overwhelmed with the options so I chose some of the many Perry's flavors that were offered. I ended up with a small cup of toasted coconut and dirt sundae flavors with my favorite rainbow sprinkles. The flavors went well together and it was a nice twist to a standard chocolate and vanilla. I liked that the small size wasn't too huge. Sometimes I can't eat a huge portion and I hate to waste food. Prices were very reasonable as well. Quite a few indoor and outdoor seating options. Staff and friendly and helpful. To go pies and cakes inside!

So we load into the truck and search out ice cream on Yelp, within an easy drive of camp. Addie's was a nice drive from Colden Lakes! Since Harlie can't go inside to order, our chauffeur orders his, pays and then babysits while I go in to get her cone. I'm just the ice cream delivery system! The two young ladies holding down the fort were sweet, complimentary of Harlie's beauty (she's SO vain, she knows it!!!) and very helpful. Perry's ice cream, a local favorite, and lots of choices! Cute tables outside, where more Harlie fans gathered to lick cones and gaze upon her beauty. It was a good evening and Addie's was a great find! FYI their LARGE is HUGE!!! The chauffeur had ordered 2! My only choice was flavor, and if you have eaten this week.....a large will have you buying new clothes!!!

Could not have picked a more perfect day. We chose Collins after searching a lunch spot in the area. Peace of the Pie was right around the corner from the Collins Town Hall. The restaurant was all the other reviewers say it is, but now it's personal. We arrived 11:30 on a Sunday... perfect time. It got quite busy by noon. The order taker took names, so I expected to hear a call for my order, but ...nope. Within maybe 10 minutes my lunch was delivered by a young man who seemed friendly and conscientious. I can imagine less busy times during the week when customers might pick up their orders. Food: I had the Turkey Guac (Provolone, Turkey, Tomato, Guacamole). This was available as a panini or as a quesadilla. I chose the panini in order to also try their homemade bread. The sandwich was very good. I also had a cup of the Cauliflower Chowder, which was excellent. Don't wait for 2027 early voting events for a visit to Collins and Peace of the Pie. There are still some beautiful days left in October. Maybe even in November. Heck, when does a little snow keep WNY-ers indoors?

Although it was a bit vinegary from what tasted like brine from the banana peppers. But the burrito was very well presented, with a crispy, grilled tortilla and plenty of filling. The inside of the shop was clean and inviting. And the ice cream was so yummy! I had to get the custard of course with sprinkles, and the parents liked their ice cream choices as well. I believe it was Perry's but I cannot remember the flavor, just that they liked it! We will be back next time we visit for sure.
