One of the most incompetent banking experiences I've ever had…read more I came to this TD Bank branch to stop unauthorized withdrawals and file a Regulation E dispute. The employee claimed it was handled. It wasn't. The dispute was filed incorrectly, the merchant was never blocked, and money continued to be taken from my account. I only discovered this after weeks of stress, repeated visits, and being told different stories by different employees. No accountability. No clear answers. No understanding of federal consumer protection rules. Their mistakes forced me to open a new account, file regulatory complaints, and waste an unbelievable amount of time fixing a problem THEY created. If you don't want your finances mishandled by people who clearly don't understand what they're doing, stay far away from this branch.

Plus, back in the day, they used to give out those classic green lollipops and pens - a small but memorable touch of nostalgia. I've got to give some love to this branch, especially because they came through for my parents in a big way. We had a rather big issue and the staff handled it with professionalism and care, resolving it in a way that really made a difference. For that, I'm giving them a solid 5/5. Thanks for the help, TD team!

During my 40 plus years of getting service from Flushing Savings I have been very satisfied for the most part. The reason for this review is the stellar service I have been getting for the past ten years from the Bayside Branch which is now at 213-03 Northern Blvd, Queens, NY 11361. From the manager to the rest of the workers there I have received wonderful and PERSONAL service. They actually know my name when I call, never had that happen before from a bank. Even though it was not their fault in a recent check order via a third party they quickly fixed the problem for me and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the results. To sum up, they are the best of the best for providing personal help with my banking needs and are always there to lend a hand when needed.
