All is good until you have an issue you need resolved and then you don't want to deal with Kevin. The pool cleaner broke one of our expensive travertine tiles and left us a note. He said he let the service manager know and it would be fixed. We called and he said it would be fixed by Labor Day which came and went. It is almost Christmas and no repair. I stopped by their office and the manager said he would have kevin call me. No calls!! I went again and still waiting for a call. We have many more cracked tiles. Please stay away from this company.

Three weeks later, I received a bill stating we need to pay 318.00 which was more than quoted. I paid it. The part they replaced is now not working. We have tried to contact them for over a week and we get no reply. My husband has left several messages and nothing. I emailed them yesterday and haven't received any reply, either. I hate having to write bad reviews about any business but we have made several attempts to get this issue addressed without any response from the business.

Next day spoke with the associate turns out there was nothing wrong with my cleaner ,rather a pro with my internet. My biggest surprise was there was no charge as I had purchased my cleaner at Leslie's. Wow from a $500 repair, $1200-1600 new cleaner to a no problem no charge solution. We financed with 0% interest for 18 months. They gave us a vendor list and the electrical (Snyder) was fantastic! Delivery was good and it was well worth the long wait! We enjoy our tub every night! I go in every few weeks to have the water tested. The manager is amazing and always helps us with corrections to our water.
