They came out and told us what problem was and gave us a quote and we agreed to have them fix it. I gave them my credit card number. We came home a few days later and everything seemed fine. Three weeks later, I received a bill stating we need to pay 318.00 which was more than quoted. I paid it. The part they replaced is now not working. We have tried to contact them for over a week and we get no reply. My husband has left several messages and nothing. I emailed them yesterday and haven't received any reply, either. I hate having to write bad reviews about any business but we have made several attempts to get this issue addressed without any response from the business.

The team at MJ is so sweet, knowledgeable, easily reachable (for my millions of questions), and quick. I am soooo happy with the results, it looks way better than I could have ever imagined. They also offer pool servicing and so far I have been so happy with that as well. If you are considering installing a pool or having your pool serviced, hire MJ Pools! You won't regret it.

After this process, he took us back and showed us what he envisioned to be a good fit for us. It was a perfect fit and we decided to go with Spa Warehouse on the spot.
