Luckily, I found Thornton Pool Service! After calling Rob (founder/owner), he immediately returned my call, showed up within the day, and gave me a detailed assessment THAT MADE SENSE AND DIDN'T CONFUSE ME! On top of that, his prices were very affordable, and reasonable. He got my pool looking and operating like brand new, and educated me on how to maintenance it weekly, which is rare for a service to do; as it's usually in a company's best interest that you're clueless as how to service whatever you need. After a month, I had discovered that the pool was poorly designed. The backwash conduit lead to the drain on the side of the pool. So, whenever I backwashed it, the dirty water would overflow from the drain and dump into the pool. Obviously, I called Thornton Pool Services immediately. His response time was immediate AGAIN! And he came over to assess the issue within the same day. After speaking with the original owner of the house, he said that his pool service recommended that we reroute the conduit from the pump, to the side yard. That would mean that we would have to install it under our concrete, which would cost us over $10k. Rob invented a solution that only cost us $100s! He's an honest, smart, and diligent service. I will never use anyone else's service, going forward!

I decided to look on my own and found Robert on a Tuesday, he gave me a repair quote that day, got the pump by Friday and repaired the pump on Saturday (very early)! He has a fantastic work ethic, is honest and reliable, something I'm finding less and less with the service people around here. If you want a fair price to service or repair your pool with quality, definitely call Thornton Pool Service. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Brought in my 5 year old Polaris pool cleaner ,only to be spoken to rudely. The man waiting on me…read moreacted like I was bothering him, took my cleaner to be checked . I was told it was most likely the cable and it could be between $ 300-600 to replace had to ask if he would look it up so I knew the exact price. No guarantee it would fix the problem I'd be better off buying a new one for $1200-1600. I asked if he replaced the cable and tested it ,and it didn't work would I have to take it ? his reply was I don't want to install it and then have to take it off. My reply was I'd rather not spend $500 only to have it not correct the problem. Took my cleaner to the 3710 collage ave location,my experience there was the complete opposite.Wonderful professional service , they took my cleaner and said they would work on it after a few other repairs. Next day spoke with the associate turns out there was nothing wrong with my cleaner ,rather a pro with my internet. My biggest surprise was there was no charge as I had purchased my cleaner at Leslie's. Wow from a $500 repair, $1200-1600 new cleaner to a no problem no charge solution. I will gladly drive further to receive the quality service. Highly recommend this location.

They encountered a perplexing leak situation (that was present before they were involved) and they stuck with it doggedly until it was solved. Leak also may have led to some slight erosion of bottom of pool under new liner, but Mike and gang came back willingly (without being asked) to drain pool and repair at no charge to make sure our new liner was perfect. OUTSTANDING customer service the likes of which I have not personally experienced in multiple years from anyone.
