I've tried call Nick and received no call back. I had to actually go into the store and see him face to face with issues concerning the warranty. It seem that Nick is great as a sells person, but after the sell issues he doesn't reply with warranty issues. I'm feel that when you need the company the most. If your looking a spa with no warranty Nick is your guy. But, anything afterwards your on your own.

Nick was super informative and talked us through the different levels of spas to see where our minds were at on the kind of spa and options we were looking for as to not waste our time and/or try to upsell us on something we really didn't need. After this process, he took us back and showed us what he envisioned to be a good fit for us. It was a perfect fit and we decided to go with Spa Warehouse on the spot. We paid the deposit for our new spa and Nick told us to give him 2-3 weeks and he would have it in and ready for delivery. He called me a week later and had it delivered the next day. Nick also does a training class for new spa owners that was really helpful and informative. If you are looking to purchase a spa, you should really make an appointment and go sit down with Nick before making a decision. Trust me, you won't regret it

I was told it was most likely the cable and it could be between $ 300-600 to replace had to ask if he would look it up so I knew the exact price. No guarantee it would fix the problem I'd be better off buying a new one for $1200-1600. I asked if he replaced the cable and tested it ,and it didn't work would I have to take it ? his reply was I don't want to install it and then have to take it off. My reply was I'd rather not spend $500 only to have it not correct the problem. Took my cleaner to the 3710 collage ave location,my experience there was the complete opposite.Wonderful professional service , they took my cleaner and said they would work on it after a few other repairs. Next day spoke with the associate turns out there was nothing wrong with my cleaner ,rather a pro with my internet. My biggest surprise was there was no charge as I had purchased my cleaner at Leslie's. Wow from a $500 repair, $1200-1600 new cleaner to a no problem no charge solution. I will gladly drive further to receive the quality service. Highly recommend this location.

Margret was our salesperson and we went through a catalog, discussed a budget, the difference between salt and chlorine, and features that were important to us. We financed with 0% interest for 18 months. They gave us a vendor list and the electrical (Snyder) was fantastic! Delivery was good and it was well worth the long wait! We enjoy our tub every night! I go in every few weeks to have the water tested. The manager is amazing and always helps us with corrections to our water. It's the best choice we've made since buying our house a little over a year ago.
