This is a large Valero gas station that has a foodmart and carwash. Very spacious with 3 islands and 6 pumps. Today, regular was $3.49/gallon, which is average for the bay area. So I pulled in to top off. Very clean station. Foodmart is big and well stocked. I didn't use the carwash because my truck is still pretty new. A mechanical carwash will ruin the finish of a new car by putting fine scratches on it. Handwash your baby! This Valero is at Moffett Blvd x Middlefield. Near Hwy 85 and the Central Expressway. Covid-19 restrictions in effect

Right after the car wash. Half of the car is dry and wasn't washed. Car wasn't rinsed and you can see soap.

Free-ish yet absolutely terrible car wash Good: - Free basic car wash ($5 value) with purchase 10 gallons of fuel - Accepts ApplePay - Has shop and sometimes a burrito truck on the grounds. Bad: - Carwash is absolutely terrible (see the pics). It's basically dry rubbing of soap and dirt. My car was dirtier after wash than before. - Gas prices a bit high

Corner Moffett and Middlefield

I like this Valero because never seems too crowded, I can always drive up and get to a pump, immediately. Right off of Moffett and close to either Middlefield or Hwy 101. There is also a car wash and a walk in mini mart. I just have to remember to stop off here on the way home, since it is close to work.

This is where you find out you have to go pay inside - right at the start of the wash.

Their prices are almost double on a lot of products and they do not honor what their gas prices state online. Horrible customer service!!!

Come on. Capping the CC purchase for gas at $75 in the Bay Area and Silicon Valley of all places?

My go-to for convenient, never-a-wait, decently priced gas, good quick car wash, and take-home / road-trip snacks.

Have to say , I might never understand the name of this gas station / mini mart but this one is…read moreexcellent. Stop by here about once a week for gas , lottery tickets and maybe a snack. Staff has always been excellent , even when I bring in bent up lottery tickets for redemption and they have to run through the machine five times. Store is very clean and well stocked. Actually while establishment is very well kept. And most of all some of the least expensive gas around all the time. Highly recommend.

I decided to stop by and parked my car between the narrow gas pumps. I walked in and the first thing that caught my attention was how clean, organized, and well stocked the store was. They had a variety of snacks, drinks, bottles of wine, alcohol, and other items. I went to the gummy section and there was was so much variety. I found these hard to find and popular Trollie Peachie O's! I browsed the drinks and went for a peach tea. I headed to the self-serve drinks area and to my surprise the ICEE machine was running so I ran to grab a cup of the Blue Raspberry ICEE (literately jumping for joy inside and preparing for the brain freeze to hit)! Most places are serving you the drinks they offer (coffee, frozen drinks, soda, etc) and are not self-serve due to COVID-19. I filled my cup and looked for the cap which I could not find. I walked up to the register and the cashier provided me with the cap to my ICEE. The cashier was friendly and welcoming during my visit. Tip: Make sure your cap is on tight before you grab your drink. My cap blew off but my ICEE was safe! This is a legit gas station stop. A hidden gem! The type of gas station you want to stop at during a road trip. Apart from a great selection of snacks and drinks the gas is priced well for the area.

Unless the man I sought help from (who was working the cashier on Dec 2, 2024 was pretending he didn't understand me or didn't want to help at all. I walked inside the store asking if he could come out and take a look at my tire, get a second opinion if it was driveable or not. After a few minutes of repeating myself and pointing outside where my car was and pointing back at the surveillance camera, he understood it as I needed the air turned on and he did just that, flipped the switch. With his thick Indian accent he also kept repeating "no mechanic today". I also kept telling him I wasn't looking for a damn mechanic. So I go back to my car, hoping another citizen would come by. It was slow that morning. The cashier comes out to survey my car, but doesn't even come near when I motion for him to help my way. His dad or something is nearby and he is just sending glances in my direction. Another minority parks next to me to get some air in his tires. When asked, he was able to give a quick glance at my front tire and concludes that my tire was ok and safe to drive to dealership (and he was right!). Whoever this stranger was, he came at the right time and place. I am grateful. Great corner location and a couple of exits from the 101 freeway off Matilda and San Aleso. But the sour experience or lack of customer service had this day, dampens what could've been a positive review. Then again, there's a reason why I'm a loyal patron of 76 gas, (just happened to pop in this Chevron location because it was a long the way). If you happen to come to this location, don't expect communication from the cashier.
