The lady employee who has her dog outside in the lot & was working, usually she is decent. It started off when I walked in and said "I would like $18 gas and also pay for a Car Wash", she looked at me and said "How can that be?" Then I had to repeat myself 3 times, she wasn't getting it. I 'finally said I just go out there and pay at the pump... the pump took my card, then it wouldn't pump gas... I go back in and couldn't even finish my sentence asking for help, she was not in a good mood this morning. That was the 1st incident, then I went to the car wash, and it rinshed the car, rinsed the tires to start, then the soap... then bamm the machine got stuck where I can hear the clicking and waiting 7 minutes for it to continue, NOTHING.... I looked at my receipt to call, there was no phone number to . I waited 10-minutes, stuck in the non working carwash, I did go in to kindly tell her the CarWash didn't complete it's task, it got stuck. Sadly she wasn't hearing me, made it like it was my fault... She had a defensive mechanism, I didn't want to get into that her state of mind was not normal... I finally said, forget it and just left. She was rude this morning, challenging to a customer, didn't even consider to listen to what I was trying to say in a kind way... "Lady,the Shell company's CarWash is not working, it got stuck! Please send this employee to Ehics Training and Customer Service Training, She needs it and does not represent this company well. I will forgive her treatment but will never forget this horrible morning due to her lack of understanding.

REVIEW: I love this gas station! For many reasons, including they are participating users of The Upside (see my bio) and the Rocket inside is so cool! Huge, open space. Many varieties of snacks and drinks, more so than the average convenience stores around the county. This is a big plus for me. Also, v clean restrooms! Whoop. Plus, they have a car wash/detailing on site (must try them next!) and you can also get an oil change if needed. Since it's conveniently located right next to the freeway you can pop here if you're in greater need than gas or snacks. The customer service is OK. I would definitely recommend!

I find myself running into this 7-Eleven for a lotto ticket, gas, or a quick snack at least once a week. Right now, I'm addicted to their Japanese-style egg salad sandwich. The milk bread is fluffy and slightly sweet. It practically melted in my mouth. The egg and Kewpie mayo are creamy and delicious. Everything - from the texture to taste - makes this sandwich mouthwatering. I'm just sad it's nearly six dollars per sandwich. Not to mention that with the amount of these egg sandwiches I've eaten, I can feel my cholesterol climbing higher and higher. But it's SO delicious! I've forced myself to eat other foods to add variety, but I was thinking about the Japanese-style sandwich the whole time.

This station right off the Dawson offramp 101 south off the freeway . A discount on the gallon is offered if you get a car wash. So I complied. $16.99 for the lowest level wash & you get to vacuum your car out pre wash. I prefer to do this as I find so many Gems in this process. They even have an air compressor to blow out those tiny spots before you vacuum. That was a bonus for me. Leave the keys in the car and they take it from there. Hand washed and then they run it through the rinse cycle. Hand dried and windows cleaned. It was good for the price. I will go back and see what a more expensive wash gets me.
