Finally, the cost of the repair actually surprised me, in a very good way. I highly recommend this company for most automotive needs.

A difference of $100.25. I called and asked if I could bring in the part, or if they would order the part from the dealership, or at least match the price. The mechanic said he couldn't because it was against their policy. I then talked to the owner, Tony. He also refused saying he "would be a hypocrite" if he approved what his mechanic denied. I said that, as the owner, he could approve whatever he wanted, but he said he wasn't a hypocrite. So the bottom line is he refused to do the work if I didn't pay $100.25 more. Do not do business with this company.

Great work, great people, great shop!

One Stop Auto Repair is the best auto shop I know, and Kelly may be the least likely man on Earth…read moreto make you feel that way. My entire family takes our cars here. We trust Kelly completely. He will not invent a repair, sell you something you don't need, or tell you a comforting little automotive fairy tale just to make you happy. If your car doesn't need something, he'll tell you. If it does need something, he'll tell you that too--possibly in a manner that makes you wonder what you did to disappoint him personally. Kelly's bedside manner could best be described as "No." I have left One Stop offended on more than one occasion. So have other members of my family. Our standard response afterward is, "He just talks like that." And then we all continue taking our cars to him because we trust the man. Mike is the tall, level-headed diplomat of the operation. If Kelly is the immovable object, Mike is apparently the United Nations. The combination somehow works beautifully. If you want somebody to greet you with a cappuccino, inquire about your emotional well-being, and gently validate your feelings about your transmission, perhaps look elsewhere. If you want an honest mechanic who knows what he's doing, won't bullshit you, and has earned the trust of our whole family, go to One Stop Auto Repair. Five stars.
