I see two new faces upon arrival that I do not usually see when I come here, and they, the older Indian woman and male were especially frustrating. The woman seems to constantly be telling the regular employees what to do, interrupting them while they're helping customers, and creating more stress than necessary. Employees trying to help customers while she talked over them or took over the interaction. It honestly made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable. There seemed to be a lot of unnecessary commotion behind the counter, and you can tell the employees are stressed out. I actually spoke with another customer about how terrible the situation was, so I know I'm not the only one who has noticed it. I can say that the employees themselves seem like they're trying their best, but the way the store is being managed makes the experience unpleasant. I really hope these two people take a step back and realize that constantly yelling and micromanaging isn't helping the employees or the customers.
